Rude, Rude, RUDE! Answered the phone with no indication of the business whatsoever. Not until I asked if it was the right number, was it identified that I did indeed call Waterfall Now!! I called to make an inquiry and was rushed out of the conversation and abruptly told to check the yellow pages" for a recommendation of someone who serviced my area - PS. i was "too far away" for this guy! Nice business skills buddy."

Great customer service and beautiful semi-custom water wall for our home!Moses was incredible to deal with, very honest and helpful. We had the fountain delivered to our home in Edmonton and had a few questions on set-up. Moses responded almost immediately to all email inquiries from start to finish and did an excellent job explaining every detail to get the fountain up and running! It has been a beautiful addition to our home!I would definitely recommend Waterfall Now to anyone Canada wide.
