New to this dentist. My Wife and I are so happy. All Staff are so welcoming, friendly and caring. They make you feel relaxed and we had no anxiety whatsoever. They are thorough and cover every angle. They deal with your problem without being pushy. Honest and truthful examinations and hygiene study. Thank you to all the beautiful Staff for welcoming my family to your practice. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Dental practice.

I used to always be very nervous visiting the dentist but since joining this clinic I have had a great experience. The dentists, hygienists, and front desk staff are kind, welcoming, and professional. I find the team to be very honest and I never feel skeptical about their recommendations. I saw Dr. Lamiaa about 3 yrs ago after her practice bought out that of my long time dentist. She was very nice. My first visit, I pointed out that my top two front teeth are in bad shape, but that was never really addressed. She spent 3 yrs patching fillings that kept falling off, then re-patching them.A few months ago, I once again brought up the subject of my top 2 front teeth, which were chipped & thinning.She acted like she hadn't been treating me constantly for 3 yrs, said they were in terrible shape, and said aloud to me, How did we get here?" (i.e. how did these teeth get so bad?). She said there was nothing she could do at this point and she'd have to refer me to a specialist in Burlington or Oakville.I've been on disability for 10 yrs

My wife used to be a patient in the clinic. The dentist lady was pretty professional and did a difficult filling for a partially broken molar. However, I didn't appreciate the front desk financial attitude. At the first time, they wanted me to pay first and chase my insurance later. However, this has never been my experience earlier with two previous dentists. After some back and forth, they finally agreed to submit an insurance claim and it got instantly approved. However, they said I still owe some cash balance because their rates exceed the maximum allowed typical rates by my insurance (Manulife, well known insurer). But again I never had this experience before with other two dentists. Moreover, if that's the case you should get my approval in advance since I will be paying from my pocket.Anyways, my wife continued with them until the second encounter. The hygienist said she needs four rounds of cleaning a year because of her teeth status. I can't comment on the technical aspect of the assessment but what I certainly didn't like is that they submitted a claim for the current visit and the next three ones. No money was discounted for the future visits but I didn't like the approach and that was it with the clinic.

Dundas Dental Care is the best! The front desk (Sabrina/Sara) were very helpful with my insurance information. Dr Mo and Dr.Lamia created a peaceful environment that help me not be nervous nomore while going to the Dentist :)

Had an emergency and needed dental work, my dentist couldn't take me so I called Dundas. They took me immediately and were absolutely incredible the entire time, super friendly and all around just amazing. Needless to say, I'm switching dentists. They made my day a lot better.

They are always willing to go above and beyond to do what’s best for each patient, all things considered. It is not common to see dentists like Dr Mo and Dr Lamiaa take the extra mile to ensure everyone leaves there happy to have received the care and assistance needed. I honestly can’t see myself going to any other dental clinic whether it’s a regular check up, an emergency, a complicated procedure, or simple advice. You will not regret it.Thank you once again to the Dr Mo for saving my tooth and making my procedure so smooth and pain free with utmost care.The clinic itself is well equipped, maintained at an excellent level of hygiene, comfort and the bonus is the beautiful views of greenery in the exam rooms (pro tip: I was lucky enough to visit the clinic during fall and got to watch the beautiful fall colours surrounding Dundas while Dr. Fouly operated on my tooth. Also quite enjoyed watching movies/ series of my choice on their tv with the use of a Bluetooth headset which blocks away background noise perfectly.
