We took our son here to purchase his first mountain bike. From the very beginning Dan was super friendly and patient. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us get everything we’d need from bike to helmet to accessories. The service here is exceptional!

Cycle Life
Great Experience,Went into Port Perry Cycle Life feeling defeated after my bike had a bit of a run in with the road, wheels up lol.Was met with a warm greeting and an immediate inspection of my bike.Cole was fast in informing me what needed to be repaired and what needed to be replaced. So I could get back on my bike as soon as possible. He gave me multiple option to choose from ranging in price and explained how each option would benefit me. (very informative)At the end of the day I got my bike back on time and on budget!I would recommend taking your business to Port Perry Cycle Life. Thanks for all the help ColeCheers,Michael

The WheelHouse Inc
I have visited several cycling shops and most feel like general stores. From unorganized items to different market segments. Thus, I was glad to drop by this Marda Loop store upon receiving good word from a friend. Finally, Calgary has a proper road cycling store. Products are high end and some beautiful frames are on display. Lovely environment and I had the best service altogether with an unreal insight into the cycling industry by an elegant, well spoken and highly knowledgeable gentleman. Not only he spoke a flawless Italian but he gave me a tour of their store brands as I rarely have witnessed. Supremely surprised to learn he wasn’t the owner nor Italian. When employees act with passion and possess true cycling culture one can’t but give praise. Will certainly shop here quite often.

I discovered this excellent shop by providence, and they were able to order a 20 Maxxis Hookworm for me that no other shop could find."

Obsession: Bikes
Best Bike Shop on the North Shore. I do not trust anyone else and they provide the most outstanding customer service. Mac and Leif will go above and beyond for you and it is consistent. I come in with the most outlandish requests and they deliver. I got rudely turned away from Steed cycles for a purchase I had with them and Obsession ended up helping me out with the issue. These guys are fantastic. Choose them over anyone else!!!

Biseagal
I took in my custom made Marinoni which had been stored in unheated locations for the past 25 years. It has an aluminum seat post mounted in a steel frame - the perfect condition for it to be frozen solid. Another bike shop said no problem but 24 hours later were right up front and said that they not going to be able to fix it and immediately referred me to Biseagal. The usual prognosis with this type of seizing is often to cut off the top of the post and drill or saw out the stuck portion. Extreme heat and cold can also work but this would have trashed a very pretty original paint job. Malcolm was able to work it out with subtle changes to the tightening of the frame and managed to extricate it without any damage to either the post or the paint job. This process was far from overnight but the result was perfect and the price extremely reasonable.

Nickson's Bikes
Our bikes needed some assembly and a tune up. We took them to Nickson's and not long after we picked them up, they were ready to ride and it felt great taking them on their maiden voyage knowing that Nickson's had prepared them for a great season of riding. 10/10 will be back for any issues over time and future tune ups/maintenance.

Bike Edmonton Downtown Community Workshop
I cannot begin to express how great this place is.I needed help with my electric scooter, so I Googled 'bike repair shops near me'. The first two places I called basically told me - in kinder words - that they don't associate with my kind (the scooter riding kind).I tried calling Bike Edmonton Community Workshop, but didn't get an answer, so out of desperation, I decided to show up in person, and I'm ***so*** happy that I did. When I arrived, there was even another girl there getting help with her scooter!Even after admitting that they aren't experts in scooters, they didn't hesitate to help me.After missing my call, the shop manager even called me back within 15 minutes. What business calls back random missed calls? Amazing service. Shout out to both Greg and Larry. I cannot recommend this place enough. This place is run by volunteers and I swear they all helped and offered advice for fixing my scooter. They were all patient and kind, and willing to basically experiment until it was fixed. I honestly don't know what I would have done if they hadn't helped me.I did miss it when I drove past the first time, so I've attached a photo for reference.

Kickstand
Everyone is so friendly. In my experience, in conventional bike shops, all you ever walk away with is a receipt and your (hopefully, not always) fixed bike.At Kickstand, you walk away with a fixed bike, and a smile on your face from the pride of having just having done it yourself with help.
