Black Diamond Bike Rentals

We had a nice experience renting ebikes for four hours. We were able to discover the Valley Trail and enjoy the scenic area. The bikes had no issues. Also, staff are welcoming and helpful.

Downhill Bike. Overall excellent service and value. The bike mechanic worked very hard to fix the brakes that needed to be adjusted, and after that the bike performed brilliantly. The manager Will followed up with me and was very professional and genuinely interested in an excellent customer experience. I will be back next time I’m in Whistler. Thank you for your hard work and professionalism.

Visited Whistler in August with my family and my son crashed on a trail and bent his brake lever, rendering the rear brake useless. We popped into two other shops and waited 15 minutes to even speak with a tech before finding Black Diamond Bikes. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and efficient. The bike repair tech was able to disassemble the brake and make the necessary repairs in 30 minutes and it cost $20 CAD. We appreciate the amazing staff and service!

My experience with Black Diamond Bike Rentals was nothing short of exceptional. They really make renting hassle and stress-free. Even if its a little more money than some of the competition, I would pay it again. The staff is extremely helpful and personable. I didn't get everyone's name, but Amanda and Ollie were absolutely fantastic. I left my keys in my car, and they were all very attentive and willing to help! Amanda even lent me her personal cell phone when the business' one stopped working. She really didn't have to do this, and it shows how much they care.Highly recommended.

Honestly, Ollie saved my bike trip at Whistler !! I explained my issues, he asked questioned and checked the bike out. He quietly assessed my brake pads by taking them out it himself. He talked to me like I mattered, he didn’t mansplain, and I was able to get back out for the next run in minimal time and cost.-Yet again I was disappointed with the service at Evo (wanted to keep my bike, flush the lines, change out parts, and no time line for completion, etc). -Black Diamond had me back on my bike and I only missed one run with my partner. Blown away by this experience, please check them out first ! I will hands down come back if any other issues come back. When I got back out they had 100% fixed the issue I came in with.

My son, his friend, and myself had a fantastic experience renting bikes from Black Diamond. The staff were friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. In fact, I just rented from them again for our next trip. Thank you for making our Whistler trip memorable!

My family of 4 are avid riders but decided to rent bikes rather thank bring them with us. The booking process/waivers online were super easy. Just showed up when they opened. The bikes were already set up with appropriate sag/etc. Just a quick fitting and we were out the door. Fairly sure we were some of the first riders on their new devinchi lineup. Olly was the guy we worked with and he was awesome. Cheers!!

Very friendly staff…. Very helpful….We rented 3 days regular bike…. Was able to traverse the green level bike trails around the area…. Bike in excellent condition!! Also this is one of the few place that lets you rent overnight 3x24 hours so we get to keep our bikes in the timeshare resort….. this is a definite plus for convenience …. Thanks!! Awesome fun !

This team really saved the day for me when I got a flat on my bike last year. From the moment I stepped in the shop they were so helpful! They sorted out my bike and I was back in the park after lunch with no delays.When I needed my DH bike serviced last week they were the first shop I thought of and the service was still top notch. I was able to book in easily and they only fixed what they needed to.Will definitely be back!
