Where do I even start with my experience with Nicoletta. I always thought I would really enjoy planning my own wedding, and got about 40% of the way in before realizing how much stress some of the aspects were causing me (timelines, vendor contacts, scheduling for where certain items should be at which times, shuttles, room blocks). She swooped in and made me feel like I could enjoy the planning process again. She helped me iron out the colour schemes, decor, and encouraged all of my DIY projects.In the weeks leading up I was able to actually enjoy myself and spend time with family as she took over all of the final discussions and confirmations with vendors. Nicoletta was so helpful throughout the process of the planning of our wedding! She takes the time to have zoom meetings before the wedding to make sure we are always on top of things. She coordinates with all your vendors and makes a timeline of your day to make sure everyone is on the same page ! If we had any questions or worries she would always take the time to answer us as quickly as possible. We also did a visit to our wedding venue beforehand with Nicoletta so she could better understand our vision for our special day! She is detail oriented and very organized. On the day of the wedding she made sure everything was perfect from the decorations, to the seating charts, to making sure the timeline of the wedding was being respected by all! Nicoletta is not only professional but also very personable ! It was an absolute pleasure working with Nicoletta and I would definitely recommend her!

Fino Events made our daughter’s baptism such a memorable experience. Nicoletta was a pleasure to work with. She included us in every step of the planning process and was genuinely a pleasure to be around. Nicoletta was so amazing to work with!
