Awesome. Very knowledgeable and great customer service.I needed a rip repaired and was told by 2 other places that it wouldn't be available until the following week.Lorette took a moment to discuss my options and improvised a solution for me within 5 minutes.Couldn't be happier.

I discovered this shop today while searching for a place to get my coat fixed! The lovely lady who owns this shop helped me out so quickly and so well! She was so kind and detailed. She colour matched the threat perfectly and had me in and out within 5 minutes, as a walk-in customer. Definitely recommend this place! It was such an amazing experience!!!!

HORRIBLE ! Do not go here! First, charges extra for you to put on your pants to see where they need to be hemmed , or cost less to just put it beside you to see WHAT… said would call when finished, went in after 2 weeks of not hearing from her, oh guess they’re done. Got them, was told would be 14, some how ended being 21$ … took them home to put on… TERRIBLE. One leg was hemmed higher than the other , leaving a big buldge on the pants. I can’t wear this. Will not be going back. Would not recommend her

I went in with a broken slider for my winter coat, and Lornette was able to fix it, and a tear in left breast pocket too. She was friendly, efficient, and was was just as happy as I was to help me out. Highly recommend.

Laurette does it all! Always with a smile. Very helpful and suggests alternatives, good mind for the mechanics of drapery retrofit-clothes redesign etc! Highly recommend!

Very happy with the service received from Lorette. She was honest, and knows a lot about fabric and what would look good and what wouldn’t, which I appreciated. She was able to alter my dress to fit my body better and couldn’t be happier ! Keep in mind that this seamstress is cash only, the money I spent was very reasonable.
