Dr. Chan saved my vision. Double cataract surgery and follow up procedure. She skillful navigated my previous issues (detached retinas). I was born with garbage eyes. Now my vision is now perfect. Dr. Clara Chan is kind, skilled and knowledgeable. Place your trust in her.

I arrived at the clinic for my mom's appointment. We reached the door and it was locked. I called the office and the administrative staff answered the phone. She informed us that the doctor is not in and asked what we were doing there. We confirmed the date and let her know we have a 930 appointment.She quickly responded that the doctor is not in today and she called and left a message to notify that the appointment has been rescheduled. No such message was left.She sounded annoyed and rushed to end the call. The situation would not have warranted a review but she was unapologetic and rude. This is on top of the ongoing pandemic which limits how we travel. She simply did not care.If you are looking up this clinic. Please take the time to review what others have reviewed.We have not had the chance to meet Dr. Clara Chan but her staff have left a terrible impression.Call to make sure the appointment still stands. The staff at this clinic are unreliable.

Dr. Chan is a skilled clinician and has very good social skills with her patients. She gave me insights that other eye doctors had not. I had little interaction with the office staff and they seemed quite normal.
