The package itself was very nicely presented, and was very reasonable priced for everything that was included. Butzi Gift Baskets is AMAZING! The product itself that I ordered surpassed my expectations. Gorgeous roses, beautifully packaged, and they even wrote 'Happy Birthday' with the person's name printed on the ribbon. Such an elegant extra touch. In addition to the product, customer service was astounding. They first called to clarify my order as I had accidentally ordered an extra bottle of wine. They quickly refunded the difference. Also, the person I was sending it to was not home at the time and so they reattempted a delivery at a later time without a cost. I recommend their services to anyone and everyone! Thank you!

I needed it sent last minute - they delivered it that evening.Before I felt uncomfortable, now I feel confident - they sent pictures, hand delivered to my client, and called me to update everything. I have never had service this amazing.I've had some nightmare experiences ordering gifts from other companies where they treat your gift like Uber Eats / Amazon Prime drop off.I decided to try Butzi Gift Baskets because their baskets are not tacky, they look luxurious. When they couldn't find my client, they hand delivered it to her family.Butzi solved my problems and then called to tell me it's been taken care of. That is service. I ordered a gift basket a year ago and the customer service was outstanding. I am placing another order now for the same recipient and I know she will love this one as much as she loved the first. Great variety of gift baskets for different price points and there are some really good sales. Online customer service is very responsive, special requests are wonderfully accommodated, and last year Alex went above and beyond to answer my questions late at night and address some issues (the card went missing after after the basket was delivered and the driver returned with a new card!). I am very impressed and highly recommend this company.
