Awesome service got there at 10 as it was closing and this girl worker was working she stayed a few minutes late just to help me out !! Ask her for her name and she said Abby .. saved me the head ache of driving all over town looking for a place that was open!! Your awesome.. thx

Bought a g-core e juice and it burnt my throat. I think it was a knock off juice. Wasn't offered a refund or exchange only 10%-15% back, in exchange I got a used juice that a staff member was using.

HUGE selection of juices, good selection of devices and necessary accessories, disposables and they also have some 420 stuff (papers & bongs, etc) Great staff that know their stuff & answer our questions honestly - they don't just say whatever to get you to buy from them like other vape shops around this area... Highly recommend!!

Vape Street has the best staff of any shop I've been to. Excellent customer service. Sahil is such a good guy. Nick is super helpful and it's always nice to stop by weekly for juice and pods. Very nice Gents. This shop will almost always have your product in stock. Very diverse and wide selection of juice to suit your needs. I've been buying the same juice here for a year and a half and they always order more to keep it in stock. Pods always in stock. Coils always in stock. Tremendous. 6 Stars.

Purchased a ALLO vape yesterday night before closing time, took it back home within an hour it had died. Flashing Lights. I went to work today and went to the store after work to exchange it as when i purchased it they stated to keep my receipt and if anything happens to bring it back. When i had gone back he stated its been over 12 hours and that they can not do anything for me and i was out of luck. I shop here all the time and buy possibly 10 vapes a week from here. I can let you know they just lost my business and any warranty they state make sure to get it in writing because they wont even honor it for a loyal customer.

My friend had a very bad experience i was with him they dont have knowledge about products and even if you spent 100 $ for any product and if you have little problem in it, they will disown and misgiude you. Highly not reccommended. The shop guy declared the device usless and wanted to contact company but it was fine when installed the new cartridge. Worse customer service. The guy i am taking about works in afternoon as is on shop around 1500 hrs. Owner if you see this kindly slap on his wrist.
