Super 8 by Wyndham 100 Mile House

Not bad for an overnight stay. The rooms were clean and decent sized. Staff were courteous and accommodating.Here comes the complaint though - we booked a king size room online before we arrived. When we got there we were assigned the king size room on the ground floor behind the reception. So far so good, but when we entered, to our surprise, there was another “front door” in the room right beside the front door that you enter from the outside, and that other door connects to the reception. Not only that, the door lock was on the other side (accessible from the reception), on top of it all, there was a peephole on the door looking out from the reception side.This means any staff can potentially come into the room, or look through the peephole into the room. This was not mentioned on their website at all and we were not told at reception when we checked in. We weren’t sure if it was a walled off door at first so we asked the receptionist, but apparently that room used to be a staff lounge that converted into another guest room. The door was still very much accessible.I’m not sure about other people, but when I pay for a room, I’d expect full privacy and that I can lock it and be in my own space with no concerns. The thought that anyone behind that door can watch what we’re doing, or even come in just doesn’t sit well with me.We hardly put down our bags before we went back to the reception to request for another king bedroom but the only room they had left was a double queen room. It was lucky in a way, but also disappointing.

A welcoming stay. Everything was very clean. The staff are great. Great value for your money. We always stay here in 100 Mile House.

Nice. Hotel/motel. Located in 99 mile, so just a bit up the hill from Downtown. Great staff, breakfast and rooms. Good value for a short stay. Comfy.

Rolled into town early, too early for check-in, but the associate behind the counter was super helpful and was able to shuffle some things around to get us into rooms a bit early. Location is good, rooms are super clean, beds comfy and warm, but the best part is the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. If I'm in town again, I'll definitely repeat stay. Thanks again!

We stayed here as a stop over for a drive to Northern BC. There is easy access off the Highway and ample parking, and safe accessible street parking if you are pulling a trailer. We came in late and the lady at the desk was happy to see us and offered us coffee and water. The room was very clean and quiet. The Kitchenette had an apartment size fridge that had lots of room for food and ice packs. There were lots of options for continental breakfast and it was nice to grab some fresh fruit and a muffin before we hit the road. When I checked out the lady at the front desk even checked to see if we wanted to rebook for our trip home and I was happy to do so. This location is very busy so book ahead if you can. I recommend this hotel for any length of stay in 100 Mile House.

Read many negative reviews regarding pets and being charged for cleaning. I was reluctant, called ahead questioning this and was advised many people sneak pets into a non pet friendly room so are charged for the cleaning of carpets etc. I had no issues, had a pet room, was very clean, didn't smell of pee or cleaning agents. Had snacks in office available. Friendly service so I was very happy with my stay

Loved our stay! Super clean room, comfy beds, and nice continental breakfast! Will definitely stay again when going through.

Surprisingly clean and comfortable stay...considering it's in a small highway town. No complaints at all about staff and the hotel. Just wished it was a block or so from the highway and more downtown...but no hotels in 100 Mile House are. They are all on the highway. Will highly recommend if anyone I know is staying in 100 Mile House,.

Glad I read the reviews before booking as I normally wouldn't have booked a Super 8. Reviews were accurate! Beds were comfortable, staff were super friendly, would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone!

I was eating continental breakfast with my family when I heard some guy hysterically coughing in the corner so I couldn’t help but laugh.he was looking kinda smelly, he should take a bath. He was coughing so loud I couldn’t comprehend, so if your ever there, I highly recommend.
