Artistic Granite & Marble

Artistic Granite & Marble was hands-down, one of the best companies to work with on our new home build. There were not a lot of positive experiences with other subcontractors, but Artistic Granite & Marble was a breath of fresh air to work with. From the initial design process with Rocky, to the templating with Brian (who even came up a second time on his personal time during the weekend to template a counter that our builder did not have ready during the original scheduled template date), to the installers, it was a great, great experience. Counters look beautiful and we are very, very pleased. They are probably the only subcontractor we had that did not have to come back a second time to fix errors/issues. Highly recommended!

The crew from Artistic Tile and Granite showed up right on time, explained the process, set up their work area (our kitchen) and got to work. They placed all the new countertops, leveled and bonded them with adhesive. Only one seam for this project. I watched as they lined up the slabs and bonded them. Tight, Level, almost invisible!Then they mounted our beautiful new stainless sink under the new countertop. It looks so nice!When everything was done, they took time to explain to us how to care for the new surface. They cleaned up all the dust, debris, and tools, and said goodbye. We really enjoyed our experience. Highly recommended!!!

I rarely write reviews however felt compelled to write this one. We were looking for a fabricator to install a counter in our renovated kitchen. A challenging process given the options in materials and fabricators. Several fabricators were contacted for estimates and installation dates. Some never responded, others charging high prices with complex contracts.The Artistic Granite and Marble website not only caught my attention, but their “Mission and Vision” statements describe their service to a tee.Rocky, quickly responded to our email, answered all questions and took the time to understand our needs.Withing a couple of days, Brian was out to the house to design templates; we provided input on the layout of the template on the slabs at the office with the aide of Brain and Jason and within a week, the team was at the door to install the counters.Everyone involved in our project was courteous, punctual, knowledgeable of all the details, neat and very customer focused. I have never experienced a team more professional, meticulous, coordinated, polite, and pleasant; working together to provide the best customer experience. We just had a remodel of our kitchen island, from the first day that we walked in we we’re pleasantly greeted by Emily. She was extremely friendly and helpful. With us having many concerns and always reaching out to her with questions, she was very patient and understood our concerns. From the selection to the install the experience was wonderful! The entire team involved was easy to work with and professional. Our vanity looks great and Artistic Granite & Marble is our go to for all countertop needs moving forward.

Artistic Granite and Marble did outstanding work with our kitchen remodel. From start to finish, their staff were easy to work with, reliable, and so very professional! They helped us understand the process up front, then helped us choose the perfect pieces of granite, giving us several different supplier options, offering helpful suggestions, and being patient with us as we changed our minds a few times.:) They were flexible and helpful in getting us on a quick schedule, even with all the hiccups that go along with a remodel! When it was finally time to bring the granite home, their installers were extremely professional and detail oriented, handling the stone and our home with gentle care. We love the finished product, and feel our granite is the star of the show in our new kitchen! Artistic did an amazing job. All their employees were very helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

We went with Artistic because of Emily - she is very communicative and helpful. Brian did an excellent job templating. And the 3 installers who came were very careful and clean. Also, the bid was right on par with other bids we received. We will use them again.

After some issues using a different granite company for our kitchen remodel, we switched companies for a bathroom remodel and chose Artistic. We had a great experience and have been back twice over the last couple years for two additional bathroom remodels. The staff is knowledgeable and the service provided is excellent. Our installation went flawlessly and I was grateful that the installers were meticulous and detail-oriented. We'll definitely use them again. Good people with a great local business.
