Everdry Waterproofing of Greater Grand Rapids

Everdry Basement Waterproofing was already installed years prior to buying my house in Fruitport 13 years ago. I did have a couple problems with moisture that was quickly resolved after making one call to Everdry. When my pumps quit working, they were there the same day to replace them. I have not had any problems since then. I highly recommend Everdry and will not build or buy a house without the system. It's amazing what they can do given I live in a high water table area. It's definitely worth the peace of mind knowing I will not come home to a flooded basement. Thank you Everdry for that peace of mind.

We had several companies come out to quote remedies for a leakage we found in the basement. Everdry had the most complete system for a reasonable price. The consultant was professional and knowledgeable. The work crew completed the job in a timely manner and kept the work area neat. We have had our system for almost 4 years now, THERE HAS NOT BEEN A DROP OF WATER SINCE! I would highly recommend the Everdry system for all homeowners.

I purchased a home in Grand Rapids that has the Everdry Multi Step System which was installed by the prior owner after battling a consistently wet basement. I was reluctant to buy it at first because there was evidence of extensive water damage in the basement. After speaking to a representative of Everdry and learning about the system and transferrable warranty I felt confident to make the purchase. The basement continues to be dry even when rainy conditions flooded other homes in the area.

When we purchased our home in Holland MI near Lake Michigan,-the Everdry system had already been installed. It has been awesome! Our basement has always been dry and we have great peace of mind. Our sump pump motor needed to be replaced this past year and they sent someone out immediately. The technician was very professional and motor was replaced free of charge. While here, he noticed an issue near the original pipe coming into the house. He scheduled a crew to come and repair it. They did a great job! This warranty is for real. If and when we move to another home - we will be more than comfortable to make sure we have an Everdry Waterproofing system installed in our home. Everdry has given us excellent service.

Everdry was able to solve the moisture problems on our lakeside property. The quality of the work that was completed as well as every professional we worked with were outstanding. We have had no water in our crawlspace in a year thanks to the sump and lining around the foundation that Everdry recommended and installed. On top of being efficient they were also very quick to schedule work with, where another company we contacted couldn't get us on the schedule for months they were able to schedule and complete the work within a few weeks of noticing the issue.

My husband and I have a home in Holland, Michigan. After years of owning the home, we started having water problems in our basement. Everdry was able to come out, give us an estimate and fix our foundation all in a timely manner. In addition, they offer warranty. The warranty is great and they truly care about there customers. I always recommend Everdry.

Update: Bumping up to 5 stars. Everdry reached out to address my concerns and offered to send someone out to take care of them. Jeremy came back out a few days later and took care of everything and then some. He cleaned up all the dust from the job and the furniture it got on, took care of rough spots where the cement was laid, filled in cracks, and even touched up some areas I didn't even notice. 10/10.Before breaking up the basement floor for the drain, one of the workers put plastic drop cloth over everything in the basement (thanks Jeremy). Breaking up the concrete made tons of dust so I was happy he covered everything. However, at some point throughout the job, one of the workers removed about half of the drop cloth for some reason and everything that was underneath collected a significant amount of concrete dust. For example, a futon, a leather couch, and about 60 dress shirts I had hung up. Very messy job, they'll prep your basement for you but you're probably best off completely prepping the basement yourself or just removing everything from it. The concrete work was sloppy and uneven in some places but the actual work that was completed was for the most part, good. Happy I got it done but I wish I knew ahead of time how messy the job would be.

Everdry installed our system in 2015. We have not had one issue with water coming into our basement since they installed it. Everything has worked properly as it should. The sump pump does it’s job and the battery back helps when the power goes out should it need to kick on. The installers showed up on time and everyday until the installation was completed. They were also very hard working and professional. Happy with my decision to go with Everdry.

I'm so thankful I had Everdry installed. I live in Lansing and my house sits at the base of a small hill where water is an enemy. After experiencing white fuzz mold on my floor and wall I knew I had to do something. It's been about 7 yrs and it still going great. No more fuzzy wall and floor! The wall air system and sump pump are still going strong. I haven't had any issues yet but will always keep up on my yearly warranty just in case.
