We had the honour of having Josh come out to our home. We were having water issues and kept running out. Josh was kind, professional and chatted with my talkative 7 year old while investigating and repairing the issue (leaky toilet).It was quick and easy and I felt respected during the visit. It was also very affordable - woohoo!I have already recommended this company to friends and I’ll do it again. Five stars!

I called the owner Mark this afternoon and explained my problem. He was very responsive and cared about what my issue was even though he’s probably dealt with similar ones but he made me feel at ease. He sent out Josh who was extremely knowledgeable, generous and kind. It was like hanging out with a friend. He diagnosed my problem and fixed the well pump. Amazing company, service and people. 10 out of 10.

Our well pump stopped working and we were out of water (during isolation). I called first thing in the morning and the problem was solved by half past noon. Josh was very friendly, professional and very COVID conscious. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. I would strongly recommend AIM Pumps for your plumbing needs.

I was in a jam with a broken well pump and Aim Pumps & Filtration replaced the pump and restored my water within hours of my calling them.They were professional, courteous, and informative. They also found and implemented a better solution to my problem than what I was expecting or hoping for.I feel lucky to have been connected with the right people when I needed them.

The pressure tank was replaced very quickly and at a great price. I called Aim Pumps because they installed all well-related components in the house 8 years ago. I left a message describing the symptoms and providing the details about the tank. Within a couple of hours I got a call back telling me that a tech was coming. Josh arrived with a new tank, and very quickly swapped it with the failed one. I would note that because they installed the proper unionized tee in the first place, the tank could have been replaced so quickly. Josh also consulted me on the filtration system. Great service!
