Annie was absolutely fabulous. She went above and beyond to help me find comfortable and stylish glasses. She walked me around the whole store and took the care to give honest feedback. We shared a couple laughs at my shocking choices to try (she warned me). After an hour and a half we found two excellent pairs I get compliments on. The optometrist was excellent too, and very helpful. Part of why I got to spend so much time trying on was the great service at the eye check. Well worth the extra cost and time. Annie was one of the best customer service experiences of my life, highly recommended

Michelle was my sales associate and did a great job! she also did my intake exam and explained everything really nicely as I was a bit nervous for the first ever eye exam!! Her service was great! Dr. Herman Cheng was my Optometrist and he was AWESOME! I was super nervous about drops and all his gadgets and machines but he explained what everything was and had a calming and soothing demeanor! I would definitely go back and recommend to anyone. this IRIS location was great! I left with super stylish sunglasses I love, within my budget, and they even processed all the benefits stuff for me!

We had a very pleasant experience with Iris, Richmond Centre branch. David was an expert and gave us perfect recommendations. My two sons and I were so happy with our new lenses and we unexpectedly got it faster than what we have expected. We did order 4 sets of lenses and they were excellent! We have been going to the Iris store at Richmond Centre for over a decade. The service is always excellent. They are quick to respond to questions or concerns and are quick to provide full and knowledgeable service. They are familiar with all of the stores extensive selection of products(especially Kirsten and Kelly) and they give honest feedback. I would highly recommend this store (especially Kirsten and Kelly) for any future eyeglass purchase or concerns.

Went today with BF to check out glasses. Kelly and team are absolutely wonderful to work with. Was able to get an updated Dr. optometrist prescription and appointment on the spot, got squeezed in! I just got glasses myself last week...replacement of the one my dog ate. They have fantastic styles different from a lot of other places, great service and turn around time is really great. Quality is really what you pay for...I highly recommend them to anyone. They have a huge range of blue light glasses as well for adults and kids. Oh yeah! Lots of selection for kids glasses...love this place! RICHMOND CENTER IRIS IS THE PLACE TO GO FOR GLASSES, CONTACTS, SUNGLASSES!

I've been to few optometrist before, but my experience was different from any other places.Kelly and Nickola were so helpful.Even when I was told to pick up my glasses the other lady was so nice too.I strongly recommend to everyone the IRIS @Richmond center.
