M. Lube + Pneus chez Walmart

I went to this place for the first time today just for changing my tires. It took them an hour. When I went the counter to make the payment, the mechanic shows me a carbon filter sitting at the desk telling me that it needs to be changed. I was very shocked and mad. I only asked for tire change. I said why did you do an inspection? I did not authorize any other work on my vehicle except the oil change. The place almost looks like a fraud, I dont know what part they removed or took from my car while messing with vehicles without authorization.I need an answer from the owner. If anything goes wrong with my car, I am going to legally hold then liable.

UPDATE: months later and I still have not received a call back or apology of any kind. They absolutely do not care one bit about their customers. I have and will be telling everyone I can to NEVER visit this establishment. Social media in 2022 is a beautiful thing to spread the word. I'd be absolutely embarrassed as a company to treat customers this poorly.Visited here on April 12. I went in for an oil change that took an hour and a half. When the job was done, my car was not starting. It would turn on and automatically conk out two seconds later. The mechanics pushed me out of the shop, tried to figure out what they did wrong, couldn't, and then left me in the parking lot with a car that wouldn't run. While outside, the mechanic told me something along the lines of, and I quote so many people leave here with problems with their car. It's normal". I had to call a tow truck and pay 145$ to get my car home. After days of trying to figure out what the mechanic did wrong

I recently visited this garage to have my car's mobile changed and address a few issues, and I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. The staff member I interacted with was not only friendly but also took the time to patiently explain the issues with my car in a clear and understandable manner.
