The police say our experience with Mircom Dartmouth was the result of very bad business practices but not fraud as defined by the law. They came to do a “service call”, knowing through their own questions, that they did not install our system. They came, said they could not work on our system because they didn’t install it and still charged us $517.50. They ignored contact from the NS Better Business Bureau. Guess they don’t have enough real business so they actually have to pick up revenue in fraudulent “service calls”. Stay clear of the Dartmouth branch of this company.
