Contacted the BBB 3 weeks ago about how highly unprofessional the service I got when I called to follow up on an order place online. Still no response to this day and I feel that the management there could care less about customer service or is sadly very selective due to their poor behavior and personal problems they pass on too customers. Very very sad that any management would be OK with treating customers they way i was. I'm forced to give 1 star they deserve none. All I wanted was my order and respected.

Amazing all around; quality, selection, customer service. Anything you can think of they have it. If you have any questions or need something quick, Lauren and Johnny can make it happen. Their freezer packs are outstanding and much more affordable than your local grocery store, not to mention the quality is top notch. You will never be disappointed with this company!

Absolutely the most customer oriented family run local business who will go above and beyond for all their clients and who also offer cash and carry for all the product they supply. What can I say about Wildgame consultants?? We saw the freezer pack on the website and due to these crazy times, we decided to stock up. I placed our order and it was ready at 10:00am the next day. We picked it up and it was everything we hoped it would be! Just by accident one of our cryovac packs wasn't sealed properly. I emailed with pictures. Even though they were closed I received an email that they would be replacing the defective package promptly the next day, free of charge!! I spoke to numerous employees and each and every one treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism.Great customer service! Well done!!

Could not be happier with Wild Game. I'm so glad that I found such an amazing place to purchase meat from. This is all around a great company both in customer service and quality meat.I cannot speak highly enough about the pleasant service that I receive both on the phone and in the store. This family ran business truly cares about their customers and satisfying them.They sell every type of meat that you could imagine, and its at a price that honestly can't be beat. These guys have amazing freezer packs for any home! I usually pick mine up at Effing Seafoods. Full of a wide variety of high quality meat :) yum yum.
