I've only been to the coffee shop and physiotherapy located there. Both are excellent. Parking can be busy sometimes, there are many businesses in the same building and people that are walking around the lake are still parking there instead of at graham's grove. People are not following/seeing the one way arrows on ground, they should put up, one-way and do not enter signs as well at the entrance and exits.
