Dustin,and Dylan did a great job..They showed up on time for their appointment time.And they cleaned the vents in my home and the job took a lot less time to complete.After they finished my furnace puts out twice the amount of heat.I’m very satisfied with the results.I will definitely call this company again in the future.

We have used Service First to clean our carpets, rugs and furniture for years. They do a great job! They also helped us after a flood; at a time of stress Lee's knowledge provided a level of comfort. I highly recommend Service First!

Won’t return phone calls. As a tenant I tried asking questions about how the mold remediation works and what is gonna happen to our stuff and no one will get back to me or keeps referring me to my landlord. Super unprofessional when they say they don’t want to get in the middle. When we are the tenants and all our belongings are in the unit with toxic mold and we aren’t getting our questions answered or being treated fairly when we have offered to pay to get our stuff cleaned before we get it moved out of the unit. Not friendly to me on the phone either. Had high hopes with all the good reviews but they have obviously went down hill.

Lee was prompt and professional. He laid out the timelines for the work involved and kept us up-to-date with anything we needed to know throughout the process. After our initial meeting, we felt so comfortable with him, we were able to stay out of his way and let he and his team do their work. We couldn't have been happier with the quality of work, and as a bonus, he has a great relationship with our insurance company making that insurance process much smoother as well. We would highly recommend!

We had a fire in our home on February 21, 2018, and secured the services of Service First for our restoration. Among many other repairs, walls and ceilings had to be torn out and rebuilt, hardwood floors refinished, plumbing and electrical were updated and a wood burning fireplace replaced with a gas insert. Moving back home five months later was a major undertaking, with hundreds of boxes with personal belongings needing to be unpacked. Monica and Wendy were an invaluable help in this process. Lee and his crew were amazing to work with. They kept us informed as the restoration progressed, and always treated us with kindness and respect. Service First will always be our go to" if we are in need of restoration or cleaning services. They helped us in our time of need

Service First is one of the best companies I have ever used. They have worked on Multiple projects for me and completed them before deadlines and their work is amazing. Any time I need something done they are quick to respond. Their pricing is very competitive and their response time is quick. I can speak volumes about this company but you should see for yourself.

Service First came to clean my carpet for me (i have two big dogs and dirt happens) and they did an amazing job! I'm not talking a little steam cleaner, no, they have a professional grade equipment van that heats the water up to 200 degrees and it stays hot the entire time. If you want a true clean feeling, these are the guys to call! Not to mention their customer service was great! It's refreshing to have a genuine hard working and courteous company who goes above and beyond!

I have been a property manager for 3 years and I LOVE Service First and their entire crew. One of the owners Lee, is wonderful to deal with. He discusses all the things that will be needed to complete a job and gives you a FREE estimate on the cost. There were 2 incidences where I had a fairly large water problem and they were out there that morning first thing and his crew was on top of everything, got it prepped and ready for the blowers to dry out in an hour to an hour and a half. Very efficient, courteous, and very professional. Service First is my First call for anything, carpet or restoration. Thank you and I give you a *****+ rating.
