I forget the mechanic's name, but I give him top marks for the service that he did on my (bad) Honda lawnmower under warranty from Canadian Tire, AND which required 2 service calls to Lou's. (No thanks Canadian Tire). He also took the time to explain what he had done, and answered any questions -I had-, in a very patient and thorough manner. Thanks. TJH

Don't buy an Odes from this dealer..no support..and no warranty and they are garbage.Lou is misleading and runs an illegal repair shop.No signed estimates..Don't Get caught..he does it and knows he is wrong..he should be charged with fraif.

What disappointed me most was that I brought my machine in for an oil change and a few other very specific things. I was shocked to get a bill for almost $1500 (my machine is getting up there in age and I much rather have put that $1500 into a new machine than this old one). They never contacted me to see if doing extensive work was okay - had they done so, I probably would have said no thanks. Of course, too late now.
