Natasha did an amazing job as our month-before/day-of coordinator! We had a couple of calls with Natasha well in advance of the wedding, where she gave us key pointers on the planning process and gave us all of the tools for success. We then independently planned most elements of the wedding until Natasha's takeover 1 month prior to the wedding. It was so nice to have Natasha take over those 'last-mile' communications, because it allowed us to focus on other things leading up to the wedding! Natasha was super helpful and responsive, and she made sure that every small detail of the planning process was covered. She wasn't able to attend our wedding day last-minute because of COVID, but she quickly arranged some of her colleagues as replacement day-of coordinators. The replacement coordinators Holly and Sydney did an amazing job, no doubt because Natasha prepared them so well and had created such meticulous documentation! Overall, we highly recommend Natasha, especially in these times of uncertainty due to her flexibility and resilience!

I recently had the opportunity to work with Natasha at a wedding in Whistler where she was event planning & decor and I was the wedding officiant. As a Whistler wedding officiant I work with many wedding and event planners and I must say I was very happy to work with Natasha! She was an absolute pleasure to work with, she has a keen eye for detail and ensuring the timeline runs smoothly, and she nailed the decor and styling. It was the first time collaborating with Natasha and I am looking forward to the next time we get to work together!

Our planned day went smoothly and with lots of happiness thanks to very kind, organized, reliable and all around wonderful Natasha who we were blessed to have as our wedding coordinator. We would recommend Natasha to anyone who wants a smooth-ride prep into their special day. :)

Where can I even start to praise Natasha! I first met her while volunteering with The Lipstick Project way back in 2015. I was so impressed by how energetic, positive and well organized she was. We have since worked together as she launched Clearwater Events + Weddings, and will soon have 2 publications from our collaborations. No detail is over looked, and everything comes together effortlessly. I highly recommend her to be apart of your special day or event, you will not be sorry!

Natasha runs a very tight ship. We had her as our day of coordinator and I’m astounded by just how few things went wrong. I’m thinking back now and am realizing that we were basically 100% on time and nobody came to me with questions. How amazing is that.

Working with Natasha was very effortless and felt like just chatting with an old friend. Natasha is simply amazing! My husband and I are so fortunate that we had Natasha plan our wedding last week in Toronto, it was truly a stress free wedding - yes those do exist!!! The moment her plane touched down she was off running and never stopped. From organizing the decor and working miracles with all sorts of random materials she made our venue look so spectacular I couldn't believe it was the same place. Then on the day of our wedding she kept things so on track that not only did our wedding run perfectly on time, we were actually an hour ahead at one point!!! And on top of everything else Natasha was so prepared with her emergency kits that she solved all of the inevitable little issues that come up so smoothly that I didn't even notice them!From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Natasha. You created the magical wedding of our dreams!
