TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Very convenient location near Airport rd and Queen St in Brampton. Friendly staff. Very helpful. You might have to wait in line though. Open extra hours is very convenient for people.

Best service and got our applications done within one day by Poertner,Heather Nicole. She is the best advisor.

I went in hoping to deposit my cheque, and be able to withdraw the funds. I was told, after a 10-15 min wait, that it would still take a few days for verification and it could not be done. I've gone in to other locations in the past and got my money right away.. not sure why they couldn't do it for me here. If I wanted to wait a few days, I could have banked online and saved my time. Poor Service.

So disappointed with the service from this branch. I am chasing them for over 2 weeks now. Visited the branch and there was 1 teller and 1 person at the customer and both were busy... not even a greeting to say that it might be long... left after 10 mins of wait. Called and left 2 messages.. no reply back... then called and spoke to 2 different people and was told that i will be called back but didnt hear back. Honestly, looks like the new branch manager can care less about these reviews we post and their own reputation. You can see the profit these banks make but cant hire people or even show that they care? Unfortunately this is my home branch but i will be making the change. This was an urgency for me but no one cared.

Worst bank ever. So unprofessional. Everyone standing around chatting not helping the 20 people in line. Avoid at all costs

This banks service is extremely slow. Tellers seem unsure of the job and the manager openly said they're new" it seems like everyone but the manager is new. Not a good location to go to if trying to quickly do your banking. I heard multiple errors and many upset people in my 30 minutes of waiting. I left because I have other places to be.I wouldn't try this bank again unless to use the ATM. Oh but there's only 1 working ATM. The other is broken."

One Staff Member Working 8 People In Line. Wast of my time… Just Go To A Different Location!!!

I had to open a new account and Sonia was very accommodating understanding and her patience was amazing. She was able to answer all my questions (and when I say ALL, I mean ALL- and when she didn’t have the answer she would ask her colleagues thanks JASPREET).I look forward to visiting this branch again. Best experience, I was struggling with credit card application, but Poertner,Heather Nicole helped me a lot, and my file was easily processed. She is the best and most professional.
