Power Cycle

Iggy is a nice guy but he forgets a lot he needs help in that store. I’ve been waiting and I already paid for my windscreen over a year now and every time I meet him he tells me it’s on the way I don’t know if I should go take my money back or wait for what to do because Eggy is a nice guy but he really needs help running that store. And I know it’s hard to get good help in Windsor so I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt

Brought my bike in with a flat. Iggy had the tire sorted and a few other very minor issues taken care of in less than 24 hours. Very helpful and easy to deal with. I will be back.

Power cycle is one of the only motorcycle shops in the Windsor area. That being said Joe is an exceptional proprietor. He has an amazing selection of bike parts and accessories. At very reasonable pricesThe only issue with power cycle, is the parking. There is no parking at the building off of Walker road. That really is my only complaint. He's been around for decades and he knows his stuff. And like any good businessman he will offer other businesses work by networking. Excellent place we highly recommend it

Had service done here on my 2000 Honda CBR. Iggy and his staff are professionals know how to make your bike better. Totally reasonable pricing. Set your expectations early and verbally and you won't be disappointed. All these 1-2 1/2 star people are Karen's. Powercycle or bust.

Got my tires replaced today, great to deal with. Called a few days I advance to make sure he had the tires in stock. Quick work and a fair price! I'll be back for sure.

Never go to this place if you need you motorcycle saftied and or repaired. Mechanics know very little to nothing about imported vehicles or even other than few popular brands. The man Eggy has a very obnoxious behavior very bad customer service. Its a waste of time and money, go ahead if you would like to.

Stay away from this place by all means they are very shady. I bought a bike from my neighbour and I brought it to power cycle to get the safety done. My neighbour gave me receipts for repairs that he got done by them 2 months prior which included front and rear brakes. When I went to check up on the safety the old man gave me a list of repairs that would need to be done for my bike to pass safety which included front and rear brakes. I showed him the receipt that my neighbour got the brakes done by them 2 month prior to which he crossed it off the list and proceeded as if it was nothing. I confronted him about it which enraged him and he started cussing and yelling and your me he will not safety my bike even if I got the other repairs done. He still charged me for a safety. I didn't want them to do any damages to my bike so I paid it and took my bike home. They should have their mechanic license revoked for shady practices. Do yourself a favour and get your work done some where else!

The best down to earth motorcycle shop. The owner, Iggy is cordial and knowledgeable. The mechanic Leonard is great. I've been using their services for years and always got a fair deal.

My late husband has known Iggy most of his life and used his services, parts and wealth of knowledge for decades. I called Iggy when his bike had to be sold and Iggy was quick, kind and gave me more than Harley or Robinsons. He listened to my wish for the bike and it's been sold so it can be on the road by bikers code. Thank you Iggy and I hope the new owner enjoys every ride just like my husband did.
