Worst Store ever!!! Bad behavior and customer experience!! Don't expect returns if you have purchased anything.

Great service from Ernie. He provided us with a layout of the store and helped us source all materials. Highly recommend.

Was looking online for a small display for greeting cards for our store. I found Eddie’s Hang-Up Display with abordable price and in Canada. All the other display I could found was from the US and at ridiculously prices. Shipping time was more than surprising. A sales rep contact me for payment on Tuesday and I received it on Friday. Will definitely recommend!!

Worst customer experience!!! The sales person in Toronto was extremely rude and he was yelling and complaining for the returned items. Finally, I had to suffer loss for the products which couldn't be returned although they were unused. I won't recommend this store to anyone.

I normally don't post reviews but this is the last time I will waste my time and gas driving to this store. On 4 occasions when I am shopping here they have denied me products at the counter at check out and even removed products from me while shopping saying they are for someone else who ordered online. Today I tried to talk about it with someone and instead of hearing me out gave several excuses why it happens. I would never do this to a customer that took the time to walk into my store and support my business! Today I was visiting to get ideas for my new 1000 square foot shop and going to inquire about design help and new fixtures and they were about to do it to me again. I left so frustrated and I will never shop here again. I may pay more in the end but it will be worth it because it won't feel as bad as the feeling I got each time they did this to me.

Love this place. They have always had everything we need for business display supplies. We have purchased a few display racks from them.

When it comes to the selection of products, Eddie's gets 5 stars. Quality and customer service are where it starts to drop.Customer service - every interaction I've ever had with Eddie's customer service, was very rude and abrasive for no reason. The first ever time I called, I was just asking a question about a fixture and was met with huffy, condescending attitude. I was given the wrong email, and when I called back to confirm, more attitude.I've called several times since then. Always attitude.One day I stood there for at least 10 minutes waiting to check out, while 2-4 staff members did their thing, never once stopping to check us out.Asked about slat wall pricing, and why it differs from website, received an answer that was not accurate (told I was looking at wrong location online but was in fact looking at Toronto). Went to place an order online and slat wall was almost 2x the price online as in store. Called, and was met with extreme attitude, and told the sign was regarding damaged slat walls. I tried to explain it wasn't, there are 2 signs, and this one doesn't say anything about damage, and offered to send a photo I had taken for price reference of it in. More attitude. I work here

WOW...I'm really impressed with Eddie's!!! I was surprised to receive a personal email thanking me for my order and informing me that it will be processed shortly!!!!The ribbon that I ordered is exceptional and the quality is excellent. The prices are also fabulous!!!!I would highly recommend Eddie's...great customer service, high quality products, fast delivery, personal and professional!!!

Eddie’s is a fantastic place for retail supplies. The customer service is excellent. I work with May to place orders and she replies very very quickly. She is excellent and lovely to with with. Sometimes I get items delivered via Uber. May and other staff helps every single time to get the Uber loaded. She will place orders from the other location in Canada if her location is out of stock. All of my orders have been correct, the prices are good and the items are good quality. I hugely recommend checking Eddie’s out ! Thank you so much May and everyone at Eddie’s !!!
