Roger replaced a water heater for us. Excellent service, very knowledgeable and does great work. Doesn't cut corners and makes sure everything is done right. Really awesome guy as well. We will be using him for any future plumbing work we need.

-Doesn’t show up when he said he would, (happened twice.)-Furnace kept kicking in and out from the start-Intake for the furnace froze off due to improper sloping of pipe causing screen and pipe to freeze up (-30 weather, Tennant woke up to a freezing house.)I hate having to leave this review but when you’re trying to manage a rental property and you hire a plumber to do the job correctly the first time- you would not call this one. I had to call a second plumber to address 2 service calls and call the second plumber to finish the job completely.Poor communication, headache, and over all horrible experience. When initially trying to contact him to have the furnace installed it took 2 weeks & leaving a bad review for him to actually respond to his phone. I understand trying to run a business, but if you’re too busy working in the business, you’re too busy to work on the business. Unfortunately I would not recommend him to anyone in the future, and you definitely get what you pay for in return.
