Reserved a storage unit for the month of April 1. Informed them that we would be arriving on the 4th. When we showed up they had given or unit away. They kid helping us" could not have cared less. Very unprofessional and kind if a jerk. He should not be working in customer service. Do not use U haul self storage on Vine Street. Horrible experience."

I had a coupon for 1 month free. The CSM did everything possible not to grant me free month. I had to escalate it to the manager on-site to have it resolved.I packed up my whole house and arrived to this uhaul location to move in. Access denied"No one told me I needed to purchase 24 hour access.I never ended up moving in.1 month later they charged me $116.00 and refused to remove the amount from my account. Fully aware that I never moved in.Again

I had items stored here, rented a van and a truck as well. The place is very clean and they are continuously doing things to improve service. The vehicles are inspected and checked immediately after return.

Chose as a destination for 1-way international move; big mistake.Contract I signed says $40/day each extra day; was delayed loading by weather (101F) and they have been harassing me every day because they want to initiate a new contract on the vehicle I currently have a rental contract on.Talk to your traffic office. Everyone US-based I dealt with was customer focused and helpful.Get a new job if you hate your customers that much.Also when I went to unload to the storage I am renting from them, there was only a mattress cart there. And the bay door was wide open. Great security guys.

The truck had 88000 miles, a bit high for my liking and to feel safe, especially during a real cold winter day with temps of -15 C. I've feared it wouldn't start or break down on the highway. It shook a lot. Tires looked newish but the miles very high. I don't think anything with more than 80-100k km should be on the road, especially NOT Diesel or trucks that are rented to carry weight. Scary to be honest!
