Ordered on the mobile app for pickup and my food was not ready at the time it was supposed to be ready. I work nearby and cannot be away from my store for long so this was a big inconvenience. On top of that they messed up my order and it was cold because I had to leave and come back to pick it up. Terrible service. Would not recommend.

Will never come back to this Popeyes location, chicken was not fresh, you can tell it was old and re cook probably, chicken was hard, dry,over cooked, and has a smell, you can tell it was probably from last night. It was a waste of $50 worth of dinner, and what happened to the Drumstick, . it was the size of a chicken wing. Terrible experience. Goodbye Popeyes hello 'Mary's Brown'!!!

Out of all the Popeyes locations, this one is by far my favourite. The staff here are friendly, quick with orders, and the consistency of the chicken is always delightful. Store is always kept neat and tidy. Definitely one of my go-to fast-food spots when craving fried chicken.

Generally, the place has been good BUT last friday I had the worst experience. I am a regular customer, usually, I grab a meal during my work lunch hour, there are two guys that work as shift leads - and they are great! However, there was 1female staff who was the shift lead on Friday and she’s been absolutely awful. After my order, 4 customers after me had their meals ahead of me. I waited over 30 minutes until I went up asked them about my order. She goes on to say it’ll be another 5-10 minute wait. At this point, my lunch break was ending so i requested my money back. Immediately she lies and says the order is ready and it wasn’t. No apologies for wasting my time, no apologies for mixing the order. There are plenty of options in the area and I will certainly won’t ever be back at this location

Got chicken tenders from here the other night and it was pretty good. A little heavy on the batter & bread, but tasted really good. Staff was polite & the place was clean. Giving them 4 stars because the liquid soap they had in their washrooms smelled terrible.
