We recently stopped by the St. James location and spoke with Dean regarding a new dishwasher. He was very knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell - which is an immediate no deal" for me; because of this as well as the comparable pricing

They had the product we wanted and their price was competitive. Salesroom was fine, but that's not what sells me on a product. The sales rep I spoke with on the phone kept making lame jokes, like when he was waiting for his computer to open up, he said, Let me see if I can wake up my girlfriend." Then at the end

Purchased a Frigidaire Fridge here unexpectedly. I had been looking for a bit but when my old one died I needed one ASAP. I was able to find a discontinued model brand new and I picked it up 15 minutes later at the warehouse. All staff were very friendly as always and the manager who'd helped me before was great will definitely be buying my future appliances from her. She helped me find exactly what I needed and didn't need and sold me a warranty that was on sale which appears to be useful. Staff were also very friendly to my child which I appreciated. My only complaint would be that their out of the city delivery which is provided by a third party was insanely priced. I understand this is a third party so they don't control the pricing but I would suggest they look for a rural supplier that is more reasonable.

After a little research we knew which stove we wanted but not a fridge. We got GREAT help from Robert at Coast Appliances, who not only gave us 3 fridges to select from (we had size limitations) but solved our microwave/range hood dilemma too! Then he found us over $1200 in savings AND a free cookware offer. The appliances are all great, see photo of before and after. We never had to shop around" as Robert at Coast provided it all. Nice!"

We walked in today to buy appliances for our new home and was ready to spend $10,000. But after spending 30 min roaming around with no one greeting/helping us, as we were leaving the store dissatisfied with customer appreciation, an assistant came to us asking us 'How can he help us.But we left the store as there were 4 sales guys sitting in their chairs and no one even said a 'Hi' or came to help us. We took our business elsewhere and got a great deal.They should work on their customer service as they are not HOME DEPOT OR BIG Stores. They should take every customer serious and appreciate them."

Purchased a new washer/dryer after our dryer unexpectedly broke down. Dean was great to deal with. Quickly found a great option for us that was in stock and arranged for quick delivery. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the products he sells.

we had just started the process of selection appliances for a new Kitchen reno. Met with Dean at the St.James location and by the end of the meeting new we would buy from Coast. He was able to answer all our questions and gave us some honest advice that would actually direct us to a less expensive option. One of the Appliances we needed right away, so that was arranged for us promptly and they Delivery team that showed up were fantastic. Nothing but positive things to say so far!!

I heard the radio commercial, while driving, and I headed over to look at the upright freezers. I was greeted quickly by William (Bill) and found exactly what I was looking for within minutes. I went home with the measurements in hand and called Bill to let him know it would fit perfectly. Bill then arranged for me to pay for the freezer via their on-line portal and my freezer was delivered on the day I requested. The delivery men were also top notch. They maneuvered the freezer down my basement stairs and into the spot I requested carefully and efficiently. It was a great experience all round!
