Riverbend Dental Centre

The receptionist at this dentist has a bad attitude for someone working in customer service. Once I pointed it out, she lightened up for the next clients coming in. They wouldnt book my daughter in with supplementary health benefits and didnt bother to check to see if she was covered. She just kept saying she couldnt book her, with her bad attitude and tone of voice she uses. Because I pointed this out, they lied and said I was yelling and being rude for saying, she had a bad attitude. Pretty sure if they checked the cameras their lies would revealed. You cant have a bad attitude towards someone, and when the client points it out, you say theyre being rude.. Straight hypocrisy.

It is very disappointing that this dental office would leave a teenager in pain and refuse to help. We are humans, and we would be happy to pay cash.We are visiting from out of province and my teenager’s braces are poking into her cheek after popping out of the bracket. All the wax in the world isn’t helping, we need a wire put back in place. The receptionist twice refused my husband’s request for an appointment, saying they will not see another orthodontist’s patient. Even for an emergency when a teenager is in pain and will not be back home for weeks?This dental practice seems to lack compassion and common sense.

I had an emergency tooth that needed to be removed and they were able to help me in short amount of time. I came from another province and needed a dentist asap and they accepted me right away. Their staff were kind and considerate. The dentist had a great sense of humour that put me at ease. The dental assistant was very helpful and calming. Making the experience a good one. I would highly recommend this dental clinic.

Was a very good experience for my five year old son. Very patient staff. Discussed the procedure with me and him. Very good place to go.

Dr Hristeena and her DA Eliahs are superstars, efficient, kind, and as gentle as they could be. I highly recommend! They fitted me in on short notice and helped me with a bad tooth. Reception was seamless and everyone was professional! Can’t wait to go back for my filling!

By far the best dental staff around! Dr Pierce is amazing! The ladies are always so nice and kind! My kids won’t go anywhere else!

Have been going here since I was little and i’ve never had a complaint! Staff is amazing, always making you feel comfortable! I’d like to specifically mention Shannon Higgs for being the sweetest woman alive and always having a great conversation with her when i’m in! :)
