I’ve used Interchange Financial to move money internationally. The rates and service are exceptional. I’ve had a very positive experience working with the knowledgeable staff, particularly Rita Sarkis. The interface is seamless and easy to use. The staff work very hard to minimize processing times. I would highly recommend this service.

Terrible service experience. The lady behind the counter was as helpful as she could be, but overall terrible experience and will never use again. If you are planning on changing up so currency I would recommend you go elsewhere.

Very friendly service. The gentleman greets you with a smile and it's very professional. They don't charge fees or commissions for currency exchange. When compared to other exchange rates in the area, they had a slightly lower rate but when you only exchange a small amount, it came out to $0.80 difference to exchange to Thai Baht. But because I'm not paying a service fee, $0.80 is better than a $4.50 service fee at other places.

I need the funds converted in USD in my USA Bank Account in less then 3 days from the date I performed the transactions online. So requested to expedite them via email just when I saw the debit in my CAD Bank Account, and the response from Customer Service Representative (Alexandria Riley) was amazingly fast and I got the funds in my USA Bank Account in literally less than 2 days.Outstanding Customer Service

Just exchanged CAD for GBP for a trip I have planned. This place is great! They price match and let you lock in a rate from earlier in the day. I locked in a rate at 10am. The rate went down a bit by the end of the day but they honoured the one that was locked in. The lady at the service desk, Arya, was super kind and friendly. She made the entire process easy. 10 mins in and out. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Will definitely be coming here again.
