Long wait time for appointments. Tech showing up to my door with no appointment. I have had 3 visits to my house and each time they blame the other person- no organization of ordering of parts, what previously was done and everytime someone comes nothing gets fixed - I’ve been waiting since sept for my ice maker To be fixed that has never worked from the beginning. I have been more than patient but this process has been ridiculously painful.

Should change their name to no quality appliance repair. I had a technician scheduled for this morning between 8am and 12 noon. No show, no call and no email. When you call you will wait a lifetime on hold with no answer and a voice prompt telling you to use their online service if you don't want to wait. So I did and still no answer or response. How does this place stay in business?? At the end if the day I recommend that you run away from this company. The multiple complaints that describe similar issues explains more than enough. The rebuttal from the company rep is comical at best. It's never thier fault and always the customers. Remember the good old days when customer satisfaction was paramount?

Waiting for parts for a washing machine for over 4 months now parentally they are on backorder.... Should change their name to no quality appliance repair. I had a technician scheduled a couple times . No show, no call and no email. When you call you will wait a lifetime on hold with no answer and a voice prompt telling you to use their online service if you don't want to wait. So I did and still no answer or response. How does this place stay in business??

Avoid this company. They were supposed to help us with our broken appliance but did nothing except play a delay and ditch game. Several weeks and we still have a broken appliance and they have done nothing except cancel our repair ticket without informing us (leaving us stranded). Then, weeks later after all that, they invoiced us for work that never happened. They never contact you if you leave messages. Hard to reach when you try calling. When you do finally reach them by phone, it's a different story each time. They say parts are in, then parts not in, parts not yet ordered, parts ordered but no ETA, parts ordered but not sure where from... and on and on. Empty promises to help with no intention to do so. Even Whirlpool (Kitchenaid) has difficulties with them (just ask them).

Worst experience ever! Service call was completed Jan 28 /2023 - 2 months later and phone calls x 4 & emails x3 I am attempting to receive an explanation of quote for $1600 to replace oven thermostat . Tried again today and after 40 minutes on hold on phone call was dropped . It is impossible to reach a service person who can actually assist you and staff refuse to escalate call to manager ( I have requested this). I strongly suggest an alternate repair company in Windsor /Essex !

Absolutely awful business to deal with. Manufacturer scheduled an appointment with this company to repair my dishwasher and they did not show up. First they said their technician came and nobody answered the door. Then they sent me a text with a photo of a completely different home to supposedly prove that they were there. Then their excuse was that the manufacturer gave them the wrong address. I checked with the manufacturer and confirmed that my correct address had been provided. This business had my correct phone/text number but never bothered to call or text to resolve the confusion when their technician supposedly didn't get an answer at the wrong house. This was a simple 30 minute job for them to do to replace one easy access part. I had already removed the dishwasher from the cabinet and disconnected the power. Rather than have the technician return later in the day, they simply stopped responding to texts and completely blew us off. They do not answer the phone. And even the manufacturer was not able to get them to respond and complete the work. Given the poor quality of their customer service, I had the manufacturer re-schedule the service with a different business. Shameful excuse for a service" business."

Total unreliable ,unprofessional company. Has History of No Show .do not bother to waste time with them.We booked technician in Brisbane for our technika oven.They booked us after 8 days for technician.he was supposed to come from 4-7 pm. We received a phone call a day earlier from their office regarding confirmation.we waited till 8 pm ., we didn’t hear anything from technician,if he was running late or didn’t want to come he can send SMS but nothing .I wish I had read reviews before booking They Have History of No Show ..a lot of customers were in my shoes..

The first time you guys didn't show up, an email was sent that night saying someone was coming the next day. Okay...rearranged my schedule AGAIN and no call no show. No email that time. Called and spoke to someone and was told someone was coming January 7th.Finally rescheduled for today, again...no call no show. At least have the courtesy to call. I have been hanging the laundry to dry for a family of 8, including towels and bedding and I am actually just having someone else do it. Whirlpool should probably find more reliable contractors. Because I've rearranged schedules and arranged for people to drive my kids places so I'd be here within the windows for service. And don't even try to blame the manufacturer. All I needed was the dryer hooked up.

The repair person was very polite and neat. I didn't give a 5 star rating because it took a whole week from the time he came out to see what the problem was until the time he had the part and came back to install it. That seemed a bit too long to wait, especially when I was without a washing machine for almost a month.Beware however. We were charged twice for the service call and after weeks of trying to reach the company by ourselves and through Whirlpool were NOT reimbursed for the wrongful second charge.

I scheduled a service call for 8am today. There was a 4 hour window. I tried to call when the technician didn't show up. I waited on hold for 30 minutes and hung up. I used the online service and it's been over an hour and still no call back. Worst customer service ever. Run away from this company. The response team can attempt to gaslight the situation and try to make it out like it is my fault but by the many many complaints and poor reviews everyone can see a pattern.
