I accidentally ordered to this location on the tacobell website, so I immediately called to cancel. They said that they couldn't cancel the order, so I said I'd come pick it up.I showed up and they never made my order. Apparently they're happy to charge you for the order but have no intention of actually making it. Why even order ahead of time, if they don't make it until you order in person?Now, after having to already drive out of my way to pick it up, I still have to wait for it to be prepared. All for some low quality fast food that wasn't even very good.

They got both the orders wrong, we ordered beef supreme burritos, they gave us rice burritos with nacho cheese… i called for replacements and they were only going to give me 1… yeah.. not gonna fly. I paid for 2.Also, the beef in the taco was completely non existent. It was like just eating a taco shell with some lettuce, not even a full table spoon of beef in it.The fries were cold and soggy.Super unimpressed. Don’t go here. Go to taco time instead. It’s worth driving 10 minutes up the road.

it's a tacobell / kfc express place. a bit confusing regarding the menu but i figured it out. a bit slow getting my order . there is dine in option at this location with tables and booths

We used Uber Eats to place an order, primarily because my daughter wanted tacos and I came late from work. Take a look and what was delivered. Now ask yourself, if you fail at making a taco, where exactly are you going to work next? What kind of quality and value is this? Would you risk complaining to get food spit in when re-made? This location continues to lower the bar.

I called them because I did not receive my wrap and the lady was so rude did not give my wrap and said “I don’t care if you got your wrap or not” I am shocked by there customer service never going back or recommending to anyone.

First of all, they were open! And not sure why there are so many bad reviews, the food was excellent and the meat thickly provided inside the tacos! Plus for what I ordered they were very quick and friendly!

The worst taco bell establishment. Stale ingredients, poorly made with careless mistakes (beef instead of beans). Plus they gave ketchup instead of taco bell sauce.

They were very friendly and patient while ordering, got all adjustments (no tomato, extra cheese etc.) correct, and even packaged the tacos separately based on their adjustments so they were distinguishable from the rest. Food was made quickly but not poorly.

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. They never pick up the phone and they didn’t provide me with order receipt and gave me the wrong order. They charged me 35$ for 10$ worth of food. My order was on 31 march 9.30 pm.
