I don't know a lot about security systems. I did, however, do a lot of research before deciding on a company I felt I could trust enough to educate me on the best possible system to suit my needs and fall within my budget. Miles Sewell of Three West Security was what I was looking for. Miles' experience was clear from the outset; he patiently educated me on the best possible set-up for my needs and later installed everything very professionally (I'm a stickler for neat and tidy!) A short tutorial afterwards and I was good to go. Customer support is fantastic. Oh, and I should mention the cost was much more reasonable compared to every other quote I obtained.
