Days Inn by Wyndham Regina Airport West

Pros:- very upscale for a Days Inn- pleasant staff- small but good pool- lots of shopping & dining in Harbour Landing- easy access from the Trans-CanadaCons:- showerhead didn't work properly on all settings, needed replacing- lighting & decor in the bathroom was gloomy (for environmental reasons")- the TV was a little flickery sometimesI would stay here again."

This hotel was dirty. There was a handprint smeared on our TV and the main area mirror. We found a baby toy that did not belong to us beside one of the beds. In the washroom there was a bin with old rags that had been cut up which were to be used for cleaning up spills/messes.. Even if this was an effort to be more eco-friendly I would highly reevaluate this decision as it does not seem sanitary, especially when there were no other towels placed beside the sink. My first impression before reading the small sign on the bin was that these dirty looking rags were what we were expected to dry our hands with. The pool area is in major need of renovations. The pool and hot tub were also dirty with visible pieces of dirt floating in the bottom. I would not recommend staying here.

We were checking in and we didn't have a credit card, which I had called previously about. The front desk person would not help us at all, we just drove 6 hrs to get turned away. FYI: there are hotels that don't require a credit card for check in. Went to another hotel and got in immediately! Check out The Hampton Inn and suites!

Have stayed at this Hotel a number of times now. The staff were friendly and I enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service (cabs) to and from the hotel to the Regina airport. Their breakfast in the morning is good and there is a separate full service bar/restaurant and a Tim Hortons right in the same parking lot as well. The rooms are starting to get just a little dinged up around the edges" however so they might want to spend a bit of time polishing the place up (including new carpets) to get a higher rating (also things like some new bedding

Amazing room had all the amenities & very clean. The bed was so comfy, loved it! It was very easy to get to, close to the airport, which was perfect.

Stayed here for one night on our way through, got in late and it was in a great location not to far off the highway. However upon checking in we were moved between 3 rooms due to the cleanliness of the rooms. The first room we were given the white bed sheets were covered in dirty dog looking prints and the floor was covered in dog food and had other piece of food crushed into it. The second room we were given wasn’t much better as the sheets had human snot on them and the bathroom wall was splattered with bloody snot. The third room, one of the two bed was covered in popcorn kernels. Had it not been 2 am by this point we would have left and gone somewhere else, I will say the staff was accommodating and did their best to ensure us a clean room to stay in for the night, providing us with clean sheets to remake the popcorn covered beds with. The front desk staff is the only reason for the 1 star.

I stayed here for a night and wasn't overly Impressed. The pictures are very deceiving. Parking was easy and checking In was a breeze. After that, I noticed dirty floors and a dirty elevator floor, which was a turn-off. I was given a room with two beds and did my routine room checks. The first mattress I lifted up had drug perfenelia under It. I noticed four baggies underneath It. The bedding was also dirty. I grabbed my belongings, told the front desk and they put me In a king room. The king room wasn't Impressive whatsoever. I felt uncomfortable and couldn't relax. I definitely won't be returning to this hotel.

We stayed here for a volleyball function, our team was assigned this hotel. The entrance way when we arrived had some garbage on the floor. When we got to our room, our night stand was pulled out to the middle of the queen beds and it was dirty and dusty behind it. Not sure why it was pulled out - it was not because it was being cleaned. I tried to turn up the fridge and the fridge had a layer of dust as did the microwave and behind the long desk that was there was dirt, a used face mask and a lot of dust. In the bathroom, the fan was on when we arrived and there was hair in the corners of the bathroom and when you shower, the mirror gets steamed over and presents a vendetta symbol which does disappear when the mirror dries.The restaurant's chairs look great from a distance however are all peeling and cracked when you actually look at them. The overall building needs some tlc and walls are paper thin. Can hear everything ...... The bed was comfortable though.I see rooms are being offered at $99 Our rate was over priced at $140 a night. Too much for the value and lack of cleanliness.EDIT NOTE:We were there over the May long weekend so Thursday to Sunday for the volleyball function. We were in room 211.

Clean rooms. The pool and waterslide was decent. Hot tub was a little dirty and not very hot. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast.

We stayed here a the beginning of May. The beds were comfy and clean rooms. The water in the bathroom would not always get hot. We were frequently short on toilet paper. Rooms are only cleaned once every 3 days. The pool are is in need of major maintenance and was the biggest disappointment of our stay.The paint is peeling everywhere, the shower faucet is falling out of the wall, the floor is crumbling and getting into the pool and hot tub, the doors are all rusted for the outside and for the bathrooms. There was a strong smell of urine from the bathrooms by the hot tub. We used the pool twice and didn't feel safe or sanitary.
