Nice people working here, and fast service, it’s fresh but the lobster roll lacks seasoning and sauces and the chowder is a little oily. Fair quality

Very small seafood restaurant with superb fish and chips and petoncle. Service is well worth the wait. Fantastic beach across from the wharf with plenty of parking but the beach goes on for kilometres.

Maybe we were unlucky? We had the Lobster rolls which were very good but not above others se taste elsewhere.... but the fried scallops were subpar . They were very small, we could detect they were fresh but they tasted fried batter in old oil that was there for a few days ...Man I really wanted to like this place. I’ll have to come back and try other things

The fish and chips are to die for. Breaded, not battered halibut instead of the usual cod. Their seafood chowder and pan fried scallops are also highly recommended. Service can be slow at peak times (ie 6-8pm). Picnic tables available overlooking the harbour.

Some say they make the best lobster rolls in the Mags, but I don't think so.I've been here many times and I believe, they make the best lobster rolls in the Maritimes.

The Fish Shack is the Best!! I had the seafood platter and a lobster roll to have a taste of everything and I got my monies worth. Fresh food and very tasty!! I couldn’t be fast enough to take pictures… sorry. All in all I would give this restaurant a 10 STARS!!
