Saanisunny Asian Market

I honestly didn't even know this store was here, but so thankful that I found it. It is quaint, but full of so much variety. I was really in the market for some really good instant ramen and this store did not disappoint. They have a wall full of so many brands and flavors. On top of that they have an excellent snack selection as well as a big frozen and refrigerated food section. I could go on and on, but I'll leave a but I'd hate to ruin the adventure. If you're ever in the neighborhood and enjoy great Korean food, definitely stop by and give this store a look.

The lady at the cashier did not greet when I said hi. She did not say anything to my son but swishing him away with her hand because she wanted to reach to a cardboard box behind him. It was not my first time to go there and it was not the first time I found the lady working there was so rude. I won't go there anymore.

Great selection of korean and Japanese snacks. All meat or fish is frozen or canned.Owners were polte and helpful. Vegetables were visually appealing and showed no signs of deterioration. Like the fact they had roasted chestnuts packets...one of my favorites. Solid store for korean staples and supplies.

Good old mom and pop grocery store. They got everything you’d need. Been a customer here for the last ten years and always found everything I need. Owners are friendly and will help with any questions you might have about making any korean dishes.

My to go place for Korean goods. They got many Korean snacks and instant noodles. Pricing is okay, much better than the Korean store downtown. The owners/cashiers looked a bit grumpy but I didn’t mind much.

Modest selection of Korean goods.Hope it has more canned seafood in the future(abalone, fish and etc.)The owners could be nicer if they smiled more and be more helpful.Be kind to everyone that comes in the store.No grouchy faces.

Went there 3 times and the cashier grandma was beyond rude. She asked me to open my purse because she was worried I might steel something before leaving the store. 2 bad, because the store is nice and has many products, but I am not dealing with that lafy again.

I wanted to try my hand at making my own kimchi so I found this store and headed over. I approached the very nice Korean lady who was working at the counter and told her I wanted to try making kimchi. She was super helpful and guided me around the aisles helping me choose each ingredient and gave me some good tips about making it. Lo and behold I made it and it was delicious and healthy. I am for sure a returning customer.

Bigger store with more options and necessities. Price seems fair too. Check them out and support the local ethnic stores in Victoria!

They have a wide selection of frozen meat and seafood, dumplings and in the coolers there are preserves, pickles, rice cakes and kimchi. I like to go there for asian dry foods and seasonings, but I've also seen that they sell good looking gobo, kabocha, sweet potatoes, napa cabbage, perilla leaves, tofu, and spicy green peppers which I like to pick up while I'm there. You can find a smll selection of house hold cleaning products and kitchen ware here as well. My friends, siblings and I love to go here for Korean and Japanese snacks and my brother's favourite instant noodles too. Also, the staff are really kind and friendly. I reccomend checking it out!
