Very clean restaurant. They were even mopping the floors when I arrived.Consistently good food at this location and fast service. Another relaxing visit in the books. I ordered my usual teenbu6combo with onion rings and large rootbeer.

Undeniably the most incredible A&W I've ever been to for decor and ambiance and undeniably the worst fast food experience I've ever had. Food was cold and flavourless, drinkwas watered down, employees were too busy loudly having fun to give decent customer service.... I'll go hungry before I go back

This is the cleanest, most well run A&W I've ever been in. The staff are great, and the atmosphere is relaxed. The food is regular A&W, but that's also exactly what it should be. This place is and remains a stop on all our trips to the coast.

We stopped in on the way out to Revelstoke and had a great experience. Brody was friendly, super upbeat and helpful. As we were sitting and enjoying our meal I was thinking that i would love to offer this guy a job. Customer service was next level

We stop at this location going through Kamloops as it is easy access. This time, when we got our order, our hamburgers were cold, as well as the onion rings. The only thing that was warm was the french fries. The price was ridiculous as we could have had a sit-down meal for less.I can't believe that we paid $46 for 2 hamburger meals and turnovers. Outrageous!

Really good egg breakfast sandwich. Their hash browns are big and tasty; better than their competition. Coffee is meh. They missed our coffees but it wasn't too much of a wait. Overall, it was good.

Staff were friendly. Then it all went downhill. We were here for breakfast. Sausages were still part frozen. They were remade" but were lukewarm on the outside and nasty on the inside. "Toast" was still mostly bread. I'll put up a photo of the bread because that can be seen. Frozen sausages look like regular sausages. The tomatoes should have been thrown out a few days ago

The food usually has problems. Nothing major just bad assembly. Though I have been standing in line many a times when someone complained of under cook or still frozen on the inside meat.Thus is a busy location at peak hours but even outside of those hours I see them get orders wrong frequently.Looks clean and has a nice fireplace seating areaThe one brightspit to the place, the woman who works the weekday mornings shift and has been there for years IS BY FAR their best employee. Always on top of things
