Western Union Agent Location

Hopefully I don’t have to go to this particular location as I didn’t had option had to go for the second time unfortunately very disappointed I had to go through with the person and tell him how to do his job I’m not sure whether well trained or not cooperative but it goes with his attitude as well unpleasant visit!

We had extremely bad experience of visiting there. My husband was going to send money to Bosnia to his father , who had a surgery on pelvic bones. He needs money for treatment after surgery and some medicine. But the agent who works there, Ashley, refused to send our money to him, because “medical service is not good reason to send 6000 dollars” . She asked about some medical prescription or bills, but how can we provide it, if we stay in Canada, not in Bosnia?? My husband has been working here 5 years already, has a bank account, pays his taxes, but he can’t help his father, because Aschley decided that? It happened today, at 24 of June, around 6 pm . I’m so sorry , but this worker does not know what a costumer service is. I believe she chooses not her kind of job
