Cineplex in Burnaby / Coquitlam had my expensive sun glasses. I foolishly left them there. And even though the theatre had my name, email and phone number. Never once lifted a finger to help return my glasses.Instead imposing a ‘time limit’ on me to pick them up after I explained I don’t live in that city. I called shortly after the 3 months and they ‘no longer had my glasses’.In realty. An employee KEEPS my glasses. Even though I called and emailed them asking for my glasses. It was in their best interest not to return them.That is STEALING.Let this be a lesson if you forget property at these theatres. I let their head office know and this was acceptable to them.What kind of company allows their employees to keep owners property when they know who the owner is and has their contact? And doesn’t lift a finger to help?

Great cinema venue, three people who work there are very helpful and kind. As usual, is expensive but we'll, it's the same everywhere. Their website needs lots of improvement sunder it's not easy to buy tickets. They ask you for a lot of info and a Canadian cell phone number to protect" you account (tourists are not welcome?). Besides that

Good experience at VIP here. The lounge is nice but the food is just mid level bar food. Seats are showing age and do not fully recline.

I recently had the chance to watch Avatar that was really good! However, the theater experience was not without its flaws. While the seats were not necessarily uncomfortable, they were not as comfortable as I would have liked, and I found myself frequently pressing the recline button in search of a more comfortable position, only to be disappointed by the slight adjustment of the seats. Additionally, our auditorium did not have the luxury of reclining seats, which would have greatly improved the comfort level. Overall, while the movie itself was good, the theater's seats could use some upgrades in order to enhance the viewing experience.

Its right on the Canada Line route this location . Its biggish in size . Comfy seats that are recliners . Its got wheelchair accessible seats here . Its located second level of the marine gateway mall there is a elevator and stairs to get to the theater . Its got a arcade game area .its got a vip restaurant and lounge . Its got a big concession stand . The line ups are not to bad here . Its not has crowded as some other theaters . It has nice washrooms here . Its nice and clean here . Staff are friendly.

Great experience here. Kind staff and clean facilities. The theatres were very nice, had good sound quality and good screens. Great selection of food and drinks, they even have poutine! Good games at the arcade including basketball shooter, racing games, air hockey, and many more. One of my favourite theatres in Vancouver.

I had my daughter’s birthday here everything is perfect expect for —the food I’ve got the premium package including the foodThe pizza is really very small , smaller than the regular size of in the store , 2 slice of pizza for kids is not even enough for one kidsSo if you want to do your kid’s movie birthday party here , just do the regular package and order food separately. Movie and seats are amazing .. the kids enjoyed the movie

VIP is the best experience to watch a movieGood drinks and delicious burgers.The entrance way to the place sets you up for the right VIP movie going experience e the drinks are very nice. The staff is quite good. It’s overall one of the cleanest theatres around. Good washrooms. Good enough meal selection

This was my first movie in a theatre since the pandemic began, and it's the only way I'll see movies in the future. Relaxed, in a comfortable seat, with real food, and space between me and strangers. It felt like a treat.
