Roxan is an eyebrow GODDESS! Her professionalism and skill outranks any brow specialist I have ever encountered! I drive over an hour and check her schedule regularly to make sure I can always have my brows done by her. True talent and care is hard to find, but I have found that with Roxan and I am pretty sure she is stuck with me for life.

Lamination expert! I walked into Sephora having no clue how to do my eyebrows and left looking great! Zara really took her time to help me love my brows again! I would recommend her to everyone I know!!!

I couldn’t pick a place to get my brows done before a trip to Boston (last minute per usual) so as I was leaving Sephora Ajax, I was looking at the brow bar and asking about prices/services etc….found out they were fully booked until 2 days AFTER I left.Roxan was literally cleaning up to leave for the end of her shift and be on time for a family commitment and, instead of directing me to their website or apologetically suggesting another location, she sat me down and did a brow tint and wax for me that no doubt will make her late……HOLY SH*T!Roxan was so informative and helpful, she was sweet and a very great conversationalist.I couldn’t be happier with my service.Roxan told me the step by steps, told me everything she was doing and didn’t make a single movement until I said what I was thinking, she gave me pointers and pieces of advice to help me work with my brows after the service, explained why she was doing specific movements/focusing on different areas of my brows…..I could go on! She made sure that my brows “weren’t walking in to the room first” and that they fit my desired look perfectly!Roxan was so wonderful to talk to and she actually gives a damn about her clients, their experience, and she is aware of how important eyebrows can be for someone’s self confidence.Please go see Roxan!!!I did very little investigating because I’m horrible at planning, but she was fantastic, my brows look GREAT! Wow! I have never seen my brows look so good! Zara shaped, waxed and filled my brows and was so helpful in providing tips and tricks so I can fill them myself at home. She showed me the products she used and how to use them and I won't hesitate to go back to her. She is an absolute gem!!! Thank you, Zara!!

Zara was excellent! I’ve never had my brows tinted before so she recommended building the colour to make sure I was comfortable. The waxing was perfect too. Highly recommend!
