Euro Tech Sewing Machine Repair

All I can say is THANK YOU Euro Tech. My 1970's Singer sounds and runs great. It took me a long time to find an outstanding service technician but I am so happy that Euro Tech was recommended by the ladies of the Fraser Valley Quilter's Guild.

Wei Ng is undoubtedly an expert in sewing machine repair and preventative maintenance. He takes the time to explain the problem and how to prevent issues in the future. He provides clear pictures and details on what he repaired and if you need any accessories such as bobbins or needles he has them on hand to provide to you. I have recommended his services to friends and family and will definitely be using his services in the future. It was a truly a pleasure meeting and dealing with Wei!

I just picked up my Pfaff 1467 sewing machine. My machine was in a sorry state when I brought it in. Wei was awesome he notified me of things that were wrong and gave me details and costs of how much it was to repair. Wei sent me photos of the things that were broken or needed fixing. I 100% would take my machine back to Euro Tech sewing machine repairs. I have just finished making a baby top and it is like sewing with a brand new machine.

I am very happy I found Wei to repair my Bernini 240 as top technicians are difficult to find. He repaired my needle threader and adjusted the tension as well serving the the machine thoroughly.He was very professional and efficient as well charging a reasonable fee. I would not hesitate to refer him .

Wei Hin is amazing—a highly skilled tradesperson with a truly honest and kind approach to business. It’s rare nowadays to be able to find someone who knows their craft so well, clearly cares about what they do, and also cares about being transparent and trustworthy to his customers.I inherited my mom’s old Bernina that had been in storage for 20 years and while it worked OK I knew it needed a good tune up, and based on positive reviews I decided to take it to Euro Tech. Wei Hin has a real reverence for well-built machines and was able to immediately identify out-of-date or since-improved parts, but didn’t pressure me to upgrade them if I didn’t want to, which I always appreciate. He also took the time to share tips and best practices and to have genuine interactions with me during pickup and drop off. Because he’s so good at what he does, the wait was a while—a month or so—but he was up front about that and was able to predict the turnaround remarkably well. His prices also felt extremely fair given his level of expertise.I got my machine back yesterday and I honestly can’t believe how much better it runs—it feels like a new machine! I can’t imagine bringing my Bernina anywhere else as long as he’s in business.

I've brought my Janome for a tune-up twice and it is always great service. His prices and time frames are reasonable, affordable, and his priceless advice is free!! Great guy! Highly recommend his services!

EuroTech has done a superb tune up on my ancient Bernina. Wei's knowledge and expertise means he can fix issues even if the original parts are not available. Once again my machine is running smoothly and beautifully. Even though I am several hours outside Vancouver, it is totally worth driving in to have Wei repair/tune my sewing machine. Absolutely recommend EuroTech!
