The Play Cube

We came here for the first time to celebrates a close friend's daughter's first birthday. The place is equipped with very large play grounds, walkers, swings, cars, play houses, etc. I feel that going down the slides are a bit too fast. Some of the equipment is a bit outdated.

Attended a children's birthday party today and immediately noticed the play area was very dark. The host had asked the owner to turn on the all lights and the owner refused because it raised her operation costs? For anyone considering booking this facility for an event, I strongly suggest you ask about their lighting policy beforehand.

We went earlier today, for our first time, with with a large group of young kids and we had such a great time in our own cube! There was a large party in the other cubes and they allowed us to bring in food in our own cube. The staff were so kind and organized. We will definitely be back!

Amazing experience. The staff were professional and kind, the venue is super clean and they were accommodating from start to finish with me .I was confident in the safety of my children and guests using the equipment as Maureen gave me a full tour and allowed me to explore prior to solidifying my booking. I Loved the private room availability which is what attracted me to this venue in the first place. Price wise it was a little expensive but you get what you pay for and it was worth it 100%.

What a great place for both kids and adults. Threw our little guys a DJ Marshmello themed party and it was a day we won't ever forget. Place is super clean, you can actually smell the disinfectant as soon as you walk in. Fully equipped with a kitchen and great size. Marine was super helpful and such a lovely soul, she was able to accommodate me with anything I needed. I highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back here again

VERY BAD; extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service skills by owner/manager. Requested for more lights to be turned on to provide better health and safety for the children, instead she thought it was a good idea to call the police. Would not recommend; unable to maintain child friendly environment. VERY BAD

We recently used The Play Cube for our child's birthday party & had such a wonderful experience! The private Cube" with your own separate play area + kitchenette + seating area for eating is all such a stress relief & cozy for your own party & guests. A little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for = a great memorable experience. Very clean as soon as we walked in

Arranged my child's birthday here. The concept is nice. During my time there which was very recent, the structure isn't clean. Bathroom wasn't either. When booking the owner was accommodating and said everything would be fine. That was not the case!!! Was told to communicate via email to advise if balloons were needed, never got a response until the week of the event, told that their email wasn't working and decided not to get anything else from that place. Came early to set up and the venue was closed. They showed up 10 mins later and the owner made sure to tell us that we had until 10 mins after the party to clean up- there was no party taking place afterwards. The owner was extremely rude. The prices are expensive for a venue that is not worth it - I've booked at other venues and got a lot more for that amount of money. Extremely unorganized. Business etiquette is horrible here!Save yourself the headaches and stress and go somewhere else! I wouldn't book here! Other kids play places are 1000000% better than this .

Great place amazing owner! Visited last week for a birthday party. Venue exceeding expectations, clean, safe and the kids had so much fun! Keep up the good work and will be hosting my daughter's party here in September

I have had several birthday parties here over the years and attended many more. The facilities are clean and the staff is accommodating. The kids, as always, have a blast! Having the small kitchen in each space is big plus.
