Absolutely fantastic service! My garage door spring tensioner broke last night, I called a different company first at 8am as they were recommended by a friend. That company told me I could maybe get a tech in next week so I called these guys right after I ended that call. They had a tech here by 1pm same day. The guys did a fantastic job, they filled me in on the situation of how they were fixing the door over the phone because I was at work. My wife was home and said they were very nice and professional. I will definitely be using this company again. Thank you.

Great customer service, reasonable pricing and good communication. Would definitely recommend this company. The technician Avery was professional and well spoken. He solved my problem in minutes and made sure everything was operating perfect. Because of the overhead support beam in my garage my door is unable to open all the way, Avery explained that there are side openers available if I want to take advantage of the full opening of my door to park my pickup inside. Excellent and quick service on the phone and then in person when it came to replacing our garage-door opener. Very prompt, friendly and professional.

Had 2 doors installed in late 2021. Since then I have had multiple companies repair them costing thousands of dollars. Every time the tech says that they were installed incorrectly and the wrong hardware and parts were used. I have had vehicles stuck inside and the doors broken in -30C weather for days before someone could fix the problem. One door recently broke again and I used Lethbridge overhead door hoping they would be able to fix the problems that their installers and sales team made in the first place. Instead I paid over 500 dollars for the tech to not fix the door properly and then a week later return with parts he didn’t have on the first visit and charge another 300+ dollars. This company doesn’t stand by their work or their products. I would strongly recommend never using them for any work. We were taken advantage of and nobody has even called to explain why they won’t fix their poor workmanship. They just keep taking money and still not fixing any of the bad components or wrong parts. Extremely poor company to use. I have read the other reviews and they say 45 years of operation. If they have a bad install job and a bad salesperson on a job then just start over. Instead they let the customer suffer with continuous costs and inconvenience. My wife doesn’t even like to park in the garage as she is worried the door will fail again. Please don’t call for products or services.

The best Company to call when you own a Business. They are here within minutes to fix our overhead door, so we do not lose any business.Thank you so much for your fast response: My cables snapped on our overhead door and I had a Winnipeg truck arrive to unload. Overhead Door saved me a lot of Money by responding immediately!!!!!!

It would be too lengthy to list all of the negative issues I have with our new door opener, springs & cables that we had installed within the past year or so. Even set at the max setting, the opener now lifts the door about every 8 out of 10 times, before I have to try it a second time. I have the Legacy 850 model opener, which I was told should be powerful enough for our 7' X 16' standard double garage door. Either the new springs (May 2021) or the opener (Oct. 2022) itself is not powerful enough. The new springs themselves have been torqued several times and when disconnected the door freely moves up & down with one hand so I feel the opener is under powered. I will continue to operate it as is until the motor burns out (which I feel won't be too long).When we had the springs replaced (Pre-Covid times) I was very satisfied with the service at that time. I'm not sure what if any role Covid may have played with respect to experienced technicians & service, however it was not at all the same experience since the new opener was installed.I had been considering having the Overhead Door company to replace our existing Pella windows (which they supply) but will look elsewhere.

We had this company out 3 times this past year. The service people were very professional and quick to resolve the issues within an hour but did only minimal work so that they will come back another time again. The problem also was how they tried to rip us off every time for double bill their labour hours and more than we were quoted. They liked to charge you over a month or two after the work done so that you forgot about the time and never able to produce proven work order. I called about the second service and this service representative girl said the service fellow was old and slow which is why they charged us 2 hours regardless how I was quoted. I disputed with her that they cannot constantly cheat customers and she hung up on me. We have used them over many years and this is so disappointing to us after all the business we have given them. The customer service has gone down the drain.I absolutely would not recommend them again ever and advice any future customers to get a written quote if possible and think twice if using them. For me, this is the last time due to such horrible experience as customer. Lastly, I had another competitor that did another job and it was way cheaper because the one hour accurately they quoted me. .
