Beautiful Nails and Spa

I have given this location 4 tries,I always book appointments,the first time my pedi peeled off the same night I got it done, they would not redo. 2nd try waited 40 mins my toes hacked up she was new and my daughter asked me to be patient so 3rd time over an hour to wait while they took walk ins before us. Today waited over 45 mins for booked a booked appointment and they take a 330 appointment while I was booked for 3? I think it's time to find a new nail salon.

I have been going to this salon for almost seven year, have only used one person (Yen). Her nails were always perfection. Since she is no long there I have tried a few of the girls, every single time my nails look like they were doing them blindfolded. I’ve never had such ugly nails in my life… they always lift now, never straight, the gel is never shaped nicely anymore. Such a disaster …. It’s almost like they are in a huge rush just to get to the next person. So disappointing.

Got a shellac manicure done 3-4 days later they started turning orange and already chipping, I called and ask why the shellac would be chipping this fast or even turning orange,The lady on the phone was very rude and told me hand sanitizer is doing that to there nail polish and the nail tech should have used a“ better quality nail polish“I’d think if your paying $50 for a service they’d use “ better quality nail polish” during a pandemic if they know HAND SANITIZER is turning there nail Polishes.Very disappointed in the service they offer

I had a gel fill completed by the owner recently. He was very unapproachable and rude. He kept swatting at my hands I think to tell me what to do with them. He also spent most of the appointment looking at what other employees were doing, yelling at them and on his phone. The nails he did were all uneven/ different lengths. He passed me off to a very kind and professional girl near the end. Less than a week later the gel began peeling. I have had gel nails for almost a year and this has never happened before. I don’t know why it happened, but I won’t be back.

By appointment only. Very pleasant people willing to forward you someplace that may help you if they are unable to fit you in. I have made an apointment for my fingers and toes. Looking forward to the service!

omgoodness I went to this place today for my first time and it was an horrible experience!!! it wasn't pleasant at all and the staff have no professionalism. I called for an appointment and they told me they can do my nails for 2:30pm then I went at the exact time they told me. They made me wait like 20 minutes then on top of that they sit me in 3 diferente tables because all of then have their clients appointments already booked so they stopped doing my nails to do their's. I'm never going back here!!!

I want to thank the lovely ladies at Nice One Nails, I’ve been going there for several years and they have always been so kind, hard working, and have always looked out for my best interest in the most caring ways. They always provide great services. Today, I went there to get a pedicure, I haven’t had one since I got pregnant 6 months ago! My feet were terrible, a mess really. She was so kind and gently and constantly checked in to make sure I was okay and comfortable. I’ve never felt so good, so rejuvenated! Thank you so much!

My first time here and had acrylic nails done after I botched fake nails. Very friendly people and am going with my husband for pedi tomorrow. Will now be my spa for sure. If I could give them more then a 5 star review I would. Highly recommend

My nails are horribly done and disgusting. There’s even a hair stuck under the top coat. Looks like paint splotted on. Even the shape is off.. one index finger is VERY noticeably shorter than the other. Will not be returning.

My mom and myself went to get our nails done today, This was my experience. I got cut and wasn't told about it; then my artist proceeded to put this weird yellow powder on my wound. (why it looks a funny color.) but on my mom's side of the story, she had to pull her hand back so many times because the nail artist wouldn't stop nicking her hand. (almost to the point of blood) I wouldn't suggest getting your nails done here in my personal opinion. none of the things mentioned above shouldn't have happened (took a course for a bit on nails) and the pictures I just want to show a proof as this is their finished product" I'm really sorry to anyone who is gone through this but also to anyone I offended in the store but in truth be told
