I called to get a quote for my boat, however I was told to go to their website to get a quote. I was not worth the time or effort to speak with. This tells me that this company is not eager for new business and that speaking to clients or potential clients is not a priority. This does not seem like a good company to deal with when you need assistance while doing business with them.

Horrible! Tried to get a new policy by calling in and speaking to someone. Call was answered and transfer to three different people. Finally I was told by Cameron that I would have to go online to get a quote because that's the way the whole world operates now. Was actually just looking to buy some insurance, not a life lesson about how he thinks the world works. Will be calling someone else as we are away from our computers while on vacation.

Gallagher Skippers' Plan
Very difficult to get anyone to talk with you. Rarely replies through email contact and get ready to call incessantly if you want to talk to someone. I wanted to cancel my plan because I don't own a boat anymore and they were not even remotely helpful. Eventually they cancel your plan for non payment and they charge you anyway. Highly recommend shopping somewhere else. Thanks for nothing Cameron Robertson.
