My first visit here, I wasn't quite happy with the initial job the technician did (bio gel extensions) but they fixed it without issue. I am very happy with their response and the quality of what I finally left the salon with. Thanks, Jenny!! I will definitely go back

I got to Regal Nails in Listowel Walmart. Bill has a great crew working at this salon. I get a Mani / Pedi every month and sometimes facial wax. If you are communicate your likes / dislikes. And exactly what you want for design on nails, they do amazing work. I highly recommend all of the workers. Sheri

I had recommended an elderly friend of mine to go here to have nail polish removed as she was unable to do so on her own. I have personally never had an issue however, her experience was not pleasant and she was very unhappy with how she was treated as she found the staff to be ignorant towards her.

This is the only place I’ve ever found that actually does a good job! Nails are usually the same length, not bubbly and thick! Acrylic nails feel more like your real nails than at most places!

Absolute horrific experience today. If I could give zero stars I would. Went in for a shellac removal, the lady who removed did no use a drop of acetone. Instead GRINDED my nails back entirely to the nail bed, paper thin. I can literally bend my nails. Chunks of my nails were taken out, shellac left behind and in some spots, my nail bed is fully exposed on my pinky. My nails are 1000% brutally destroyed and I’d be lucky if I have healthy nails again within the year!! Even with clear polish, it isn’t fixable, hide-able or even remotely better.BRUTAL and inexperienced!!

There prices are reasonable. and They have always done a great job. And today’s experience was very disappointing. The work they did was okay. But I always make an appointment so I don’t have to wait. But today I waited 20 minutes before anyone even came over. And then she kept helping others and I’m sitting there waiting again. I was in there for over an hour just to have my gels filled in it’s never taken this long not even if they started from bare nails. I might go back again once more. But if I get another experience like I had today I will never go back.
