Upper middle and brant Very irritating service I have repeatedly updated an old document from 2011 with a new one from 2015, only to be asked again and again for another ORIGINAL copy, they will not take a CERTIFIED copy!I complained and stated I gave the old manager an original, on 2 other occasions and that the teller needs to understand discretion, when dealing with clients issuesOnly to be told by a different manager let's all stay professional and not put the teller and other manager down

2nd bad experience at a RBC in a week. this location on Brant. I asked for cash and a specific denomination breakdown - nope she did not listen and did her own breakdown. i asked for someone to help me with my TFSA, response - we are swamped today

My friend was confronted trying to withdraw money from the bank. I was sending him an e-transfer and I was treated like we were criminals. The bank holds our money, not their money. Why are they asking me 21 questions to take out money that I own? My friend and I got very distressed from this.

I can't give zero star so giving 1 star as this branch has always different rules then other branches. For simple transection they alway give attitude. Where Guelph line branch very professional and has exceptional customer service.

The customer service is poor. When wanted to deposit US $100, she refused to accept as it is 2006 bill. When requested the manager's contact, it was refused as all the information is online and I should go and search it by myself. I crossed the road to TD bank and got it done without any questions. Highly recommend to avoid this location.
