The team is efficient and does a good job. I wish we could change the day and time they come. The charges are a bit high for a one-bedroom apartment, but at our age we do need the help. Some days we have a bit of trouble communicating (English versus Spanish). We are always very pleased with any contact we have with the folks in the office...very helpful and accomodating. We do speak highly of this company to the other folks in our senior living building. We will continue to use this cleaning service.Jenna and Larry S.

Very pleased with my monthly house cleans! The cleaners are always so nice and do an amazing job. I just had a baby and the house was pretty messy. They came in and did a fantastic job!

This company is great. Have used them to clean windows and screens for the past couple years and they are fast, courteous and do great work. Have also used them for woolen rug cleaning and also excellent. Highly recommend!

We have had Dixon’s do our windows for years and they are always prompt, professional, and nice. They do an excellent job every time! I have nothing but good to say. And I am a senior, and very fussy when it comes to windows. The two young men who did our recent job were so polite and respectful of our townhouse. I believe they are very reasonably priced, also.

I hired Dixon’s to remove snow from my roof. I was very pleased with the results. The tech was hard working, did a great job, was professional & did great clean up. He also took time before he left to explain exactly what he did & what I should watch for going forward.

I hired Details and Dixon to clean my home, hoping to find a biweekly service. I was initially quoted about 175 both verbally and email based on the size of my house minus a few areas that did not need cleaning. The cleaning was fine to good, a few small things were missed (small toy under a table and similar). The bathroom curtain rod broke and we came home it on the floor and it has to be replaced. Honestly, none of that would have been a deal breaker. What is causing the 2-star review is when the bill came there was a rather shocking $367 total rather than $175. The cleaning job was fine to good, but did not warrant $367. My average size house had pretty average cleaning needs. We aren't talking about a large property or deep cleaning. I checked my security technology to see how long the cleaners were actually at my house and ithe rate came out to about $100/hr, which I feel is too high. I paid the bill and discontinued my connection with company. If you hire them, be prepared for shockingly high first bill. They'll charge for the high end of any estimate even if your home couldn't possible require that much help. My advice is to go elsewhere for better value.

Some of the cleaning was exceptional. I was disappointed to learn after the cleaners were at our condo that they only vacuum where an upright cleaner would go-no use of an edger to get under the front edges of couches and chairs; the cleaning of the slats on venetian blinds was not visible; the stainless kitchen sink was left very dull. I used a soapy sponge to make the sink shine. I won't use this company again. I don't feel I received value for my money.

Had our exterior windows cleaned, readying the house for sale. I'm very happy and wish I had contracted to have the interior windows as well. Team was professional and speedy.
