I bought my Q7 from Auto Karetta. I have been a while in the market hesitant about getting a car and coverage warranty for it. Those folks made me feel like family. Extremely helpful and responsive, this in my honest opinion being apart from other large dealers that are not customer focused. No it's not good to be true and no there's nothing shady about them, they're simply the best in the markert !! Marc and Mike are exceptionnel and extremely client oriented. They were smiling the whole time i was there and that itself made all the difference. They're easy to deal with, thank you for such a great experience, something to share with everyone i know !!

I didn't really have a good experience. The staff weren't really welcoming. My dad tried to start a conversation just to lighten up the mood, but the man was stiff and serious. We also waited a while before someone assisted us and they ended up not having the keys, so we couldn't test drive. The man even told us to go ahead and find another car. I would've bought the car, but because the service was awful, I just went to go see another dealer with better service. No matter how good the car was, I won't buy something if they don't treat their customers properly.
