Delta Hotels by Marriott Trois Rivieres Conference Centre

I recently stayed at the Delta Hotel and had a mixed experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which created a pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay. The view from my room was also impressive, offering a serene and calming ambiance.However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping service. While the staff followed their routine, I felt that they lacked attention to detail. My room was not cleaned to my satisfaction, and I found it disheartening that they simply threw my cover on the couch rather than properly arranging it.Despite this setback, the overall calmness of the hotel made my stay enjoyable. The tranquil atmosphere provided a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, allowing me to relax and unwind.

The hotel stay was very good. Beautifully modern. I liked the walkin shower. Everything worked in the room. The mini fridge did not over freeze contents. Nice sturdy chair, very heavy to move. Room temp was very good.Restaurant was ok. French fries seemed over done and lukewarm. Service was good. Looking at another table with French fries, they also appeared to be very dark. I suppose this is the standard. The gravy was super salty. Next time I'll order a salad, it was my first thought.

Make no mistake, this is a party hotel, not a spa hotel. Went for a relaxing weekend but this was not the place. Hotel was packed with sports teams during the day and party people at night.I've never seen a hotel have to bring in outside security to watch the lobby at night except on New Years Eve, and this was not NYE.I drove back after dinner and someone had parked their car blocking the entrance to the parking structure, there was no way in. Hotel didn't seem to care at all, I drove around back, all that parking was full as well. Keep in mind I paid for parking at the hotel. I ended up having to pay for an outside structure all night, as the car never moved. I checked at 4 AM and the car was still blocking the only entrance to the garage.If you wanted more proof this is a party hotel, this was my Do Not Disturb sign, at no point did they feel it was necessary to replace this.The pool is one of the smallest I have seen at any Marriott property and also the coldest. It may be heated but they are trying hard to save on the bills obviously. I was shivering the whole time I tried to swim.None of the ice machines were working, I had to try 6 different floors before I found one that was actually operational. There was also no glasses in my room besides the bathroom ones.I would not stay here again, overpriced for the level of comfort you feel.

I was there only for 1 night. (Eye surgery)The hospitality of the staff when we got there was excellent. Polite, greeted us with a big smile, answered all of our inquiries. To sum it up, we felt like VIPs.(FYI, this hotel lets us bring our giant poodle for a reasonable surcharge)My wife had a drink at the bar ... (dog was with her on the corridor side) We had super taken to our room since the dog could not come to the restaurant... The food and service were exquisite, quick to arrive, and the greens were cool, and the meats were hot. Honestly, it was the best Ceasars salade I've ever had. Just a perfect balance of the ingrédients...The staff (check in counter) around 8 am was not as cheerful... when I asked for a cab, it kinda looked more as if I was bothering him, but hey, he was still polite, so I can understand that happens.We are sure to return to this hotel for a few nights this summer as a vacation . So clean, and a lot of services I could not appreciate due to my condition.

Nice spacious and clean rooms. Well thought out with the hooks on the wall. Easy to get in and out of. Great location with all of the local places to eat and drink. We will definitely be back. Fantastic staff to help with everything too!

I paid premium for a room, but I was not given what I was asking for; the room, though clean, felt empty, cold and generic. Upon arrival, the lobby bathroom had someone covered in puke. It was noisy and looked like a fraternity party. The online check in did not work, and there was no breakfast included. In fact, i was told that, in order to have anything more than basic service at premium price, i would need to come back a few times more, enduring more of this before being treated as a valued customer. Not worth the price i paid.

Access to the hotel is not the most convenient as you can not pull up to the doors and unload. The covered entrance does not align with where the actual entrance to the hotel is. Was also disappointed to be told (by Resto staff) the restaurant was open until 10 when we were told by reception it closed at 9. As such we did not preorder dinner (as the reception suggested we do) but chose to wait until we changed. Arrived at the Resto at 9.30 to be advised the restaurant had closed, only bar food was available, ergo burgers etc.Naomi on the front desk was great.
